It's what you'd expect from a diner/cafe type restaurant. Whoever came up with the idea of the mini coffee pot for do-it-yourself refills deserves an award. Great value in the $6 combos- ham and egg omelette and 2 egg/2 bacon or sausage/2pancake combos are my faves. Waitstaff seemed shorthanded on our last visit, but the servers who were there were trying their best and did a good job.

Thank you betty..we came in to visit San Antonio and ate both days here and Betty served us twice..always smiling and patient throughout..family liked her alot and she remembered us..a true leader and excellent customer service..management skills are top notch.. hospitality and welcoming from her 10 stars...thanks Betty and IHOP for a great experience and making service GREAT again!!!

Okay followers, stop here if on I-10 for great food and specials. This is a mix of Ihop and Applebee's!!!! Yes, a menu with both restaurant's favorites. We adults ate from one menu and kids from Ihop menu. The food was spot on, hot. Service was as well. The atmosphere had a mix with plenty of T.V.s in the middle, a U shaped bar, yes a bar. Drink specials were highlighted. Kids eat free on certain times and days as well as Half price appetizers. We are definitely coming back!

I had their buttermilk pancakes and a coffee. Nothing beats this combo early in the morning for me. The two ladies who helped us were really kind. Looking forward to coming here more often.

I don’t recommend the BLT. Kind of small. I realize it is $6 in the value meal but so very little food. I had to order an extra appetizer because still hungry.

Our server Philles and she was great! The new remodel realy brought the inside to life. Being able to get both ihop or Applebee's now is also super cool. Fast service and extremely friendly wait staff. The food is amazing morning or night.

We had breakfast there,,the food was worth it the price , staff really lovely we feel very welcome, service was very quick , I can tell they have really big menus , food was served nicely lots of coffee, portions was big we can complain about nothing, for that reason well deserved 5 stars, also there is big enough parking good access too.

Had a good lunch with my family, loved the look of the restaurant and that I didn’t have to eat breakfast because it was also an Applebee’s. I didn’t quite like the chicken tenders and wouldn’t recommend. But that being said the customers service was excellent and had them replaced without a fuss for something better.

We love this place , food is very good , drinks are good, service is amazing , Vanessa is the best she is always smiling , very attentive to our needs , has amazing sense of humor and very respectful and professional. Definitely going there again.

Had Betty as our server. Absolutely no complaints, great service and she was sweet. Just a nice woman. Food came out quick and hot. I hate that IHOP combined with Applebee’s and no longer sells crepes though, crepes whether the only thing that kept me going back to IHOP and compared to the other breakfast spots like First Watch down the street.
