The eggs, sausage and hash browns were very good and tasty. However, the Fruit Crepes were 2 pieces of crepe bread folded in half with nothing inside and 1 strawberry cut in fourths on top and a smidge of powdered sugar sprinkled on top. There was no taste. I have always had crepes that had cream cheese mixture inside with lots of strawberry glaze. Will never order crepes there again.

I can't really recommend this place unfortunately. Kayla was our server. She was great which is the only reason this place is not getting a 1 star from me. Unfortunately everyone's food was slightly warm. 🤷🏿‍♂️ The kitchen staff was not on top of it Sunday March 29 at 4PM. Whomever was managing at that time and the regional manager should check in on this location. Maybe it was a bad day for them but man really disappointed we went there. ***UPDATE*** I was contacted by guest relations and the General Manager for this location. We had a lengthy conversation and I was extremely pleased at the end of the conversation so I am updating my overall review. Thanks so much to the senior management team for following up!! I will be returning to this location!

I just won’t to thank ihop for being by my side of the lost of my uncle don’t no one understand the bond me and him had he love ihop his two sausages short stack and eggs and coffee but he in a better place I just want to say thank y’all so much

Ordered avocado turkey sandwich and it was saturated in butter to the point I could not eat the bread. Bacon was extra salty. Waitress just disappeared - restaurant was not busy. Had to wait for waitresses to get refills on drinks then she was gone again until it was time to pay.

I had Bobbi as my server and she made my night. Very kind as well as attentive! Food was wonderful and came out in a timely manner. Loved the overall experience, will be back with Bobbi as my server!

They have the best omelets. Bobbi was an awesome waitress. Went there again today, the service and food was great. The cinnamon pancakes 🥞 😋 were very delicious!

Great customer service! The person that took my order was extremely nice and patient. She handled my order with grace and professionalism. While waiting for my to go order she carried on conversation with me making my wait time pleasant and enjoyable. The order was precise and delicious. Wonderful experience and looking forward to going back!!!

I went at lunch and my burger and onion rings were really good. But the waiter I had was exceptional he had only been there a week and worked around there like he had been there for years. He treated every customer the same. I don't know if I should reveal his name but he and his manager will know who I'm talking about.This was a really nice and respectful young man. I hope when I go back he's working because I will ask for his section.

I usually don’t leave a whole lot of reviews but I felt like the staff at this ihop deserves to know how great they are doing. Also pretty sure they are under new management. Yes they were busy but the general manager I believe her name was Regina she was very personable and truly cared bout the customers. As Busy as they were she still came to our table just make sure we was enjoy it. We waited a little bit for the food ( to expect on busy Sunday) but the food was worth the wait. I had the big steak omelette was the best I got at any ihop. My wife had the Pumpkin pancakes. Just wanted to say good job. Phenix city IHOP highly impressed!!
