I know some of these "reviewers" have insane expectations for a busy chain restaurant in a college community with tons of disrespectful adults thats were raised to be dirty! And its the summer you dont want to see a mess Adults make go to a non college town restaurant maybe? Anyways amazing services and an efficient team! I got some hot n steamy pancakes and a dulce de Leche coffee! Amazing compliments to the chefs and all of the team! As a manager in this area myself im extremely impressed with the cleanliness in this establishment! 👏 dont let these Karen's get yuh down!

Me and my granddaughter came in and the place is clean and friendly! Noemi too care of us and wow was she efficient. I know the college kids leave big messes for them but they are so quick to cleaning the tables and maintaining orders I was so amazed by this team today!

I have become a frequenter of this IHOP, especially because of its impeccable service. R. Carlos is normally who serves me and he is just amazing at his job. He should be seen as an asset to this location, as his fast, personable, and efficient service is perfect. This afternoon, when my other server was having difficulty at multiple steps of our ordering, he quickly stepped in and resolved all issues, leaving me and my fiancée very happy. If you see the name R. Carlos on your servers name tag, you will be very well taken care of. This IHOP also has great food, but really it is the great service which makes it so easy to comeback again and again. I regularly bring friends and meet people here and will continue to in the future.

Almost all the tables were dirty. Extremely slow and unattentive service (from when I walked in to when i got the bill took over an hour)To top it off there was a fly cooked with my eggs, I did not receive a discount when I was told I'd get one.
