Happy national pancake day ! Had a solid stack of the protein chocolate chip pancakes(added bananas too) we had Kenzie as a server and she was absolutely wonderful, and whoever was making the pancakes was working top tier. Great time thank you Edit - 4/11/26 I couldn’t add a second 5 star review but I am adding it here, a group of my friends from the gym and I have been coming every weekend and we’ve been getting another server by the name of Mackenzie and I wanted to give her a shout out as well. Not only attentive when serving us but remembering who we are and what we order making the experience very memorable each time and I need to share this as a huge thank you for amazing service and delicious pancakes 💪🥞

Mackenzie made our visit to IHOP genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. She was friendly, attentive, and had such a positive attitude that it really set the tone for the whole meal. Our drinks were refilled without us even having to ask, and she checked in just the right amount—not too much, but enough to make sure everything was perfect. She was also super knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations, which we ended up loving. Even though the restaurant was busy, she stayed calm, efficient, and made us feel like a priority the entire time. It’s rare to get service that stands out this much, but Mackenzie definitely did. We’ll absolutely be coming back, and we hope to have her as our server again!

Mackenzie was extremely attentive and empathetic, made sure my experience was pleasant. I am pregnant, she saw I was hot and cleaned a table for me by the windows to make sure I am comfortable, opened the window. I really appreciated that so much. She is extremely sweet. She made my day a better day and put a smile on my face. She should be promoted we need more people like her in this world. Thank you <3

This was my first time in IHOP since I was a child and my memories were still on point. IHOP is still a great place. They lived up to my expectation that I remember . Mackenzie our waitress was on point and very attentive to our needs! Don’t lose her as an employee! Thank you all!
