First time at this location. It was great. Service and food was good. Not many people there which was nice without screaming kids. Guess we got lucky. I read bad reviews and went anyway and glad I did. The Dover store is good just to busy and loud sometimes.

This iHop is great. Yes, the food is only diner food, but the pancakes are out of this world. The service at this particular IHOP is always good for some reason. My husband and I are young professionals, but still loves to come to this IHOP.

The breakfast was out to the table quickly and tasted very good. I had the eggs benedict which isn’t easy to make and the cook did a really good job. Our waiter was a very respectful manager and treated us like a friend and kept the coffee hot. All around I think the service was better than some of the other breakfast spots in Middletown and there was hardly anyone dining in!

Ash was an excellent server. Very attentive, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. How was done was having a rough day, She brought out a bowl of fruit to keep him occupied until the meal came. Food came out perfect. Nice and hot. When I come back. I will definitely be asking for Ash again......
