came here to say their air freshener in there is sooooo good. makes me wanna stay there all day. they cooked my chicken&fries perfect last night! all workers are super sweet:)

i’m not sure why people are complaining about a “strange odor when you walk in” because everytime me and my friends come here we automatically have to go “oh my gosh it smells so good in here” EVERYTIME! that’s something we’ve always talked about the madison ihop having was AMAZING scents!! it smells like vanilla/candy and maybe that’s not everyone’s cup of tea but i adore it. they have amazing people working there. 5 stars all around everytime. ignore the negative people.

4 stars on the food because my waffle was veryyy dark brown last night which i’m not a fan of lol but 5 stars for customer service and their building itself! it ALWAYS smells good in there. they have a specific scent when you walk in through the front door and im obsessed with it. it’s like some sugary vanilla scent. smells like rainbows and happiness 🤣 the service i received last night was awesome. the girl doing takeouts around 11pm july 3rd was super sweet and apologized for the wait -there really wasn’t even a wait. she was just being AMAZING with customer service skills- and had me in and out with fresh food super fast. loved her personality!

I came into IHOP Friday evening and my server Latesha was very friendly and very professional. She answer all my questions regarding my order and made sure when she brought my order back to me it was correct. She came back to my table frequently to make sure I need anything else. I have been to Ihop before and never had great like that before I definitely will be back to the IHOP located at 8622 Hwy 72 W Madison, AL real soon. Keep up the good work Latesha!!!

My brother and I have gone here at least once a week the last two months from Florida. I haven't eaten in an IHOP in 40 years. Great variety and prices. The associates were above and beyond friendly and helpful. Olivia is a true joy.
