My daughter and I came to the Ihop on Alabama Ave and had a great experience. Where do i start... the customer service was amazing. Very attentive and I had all my needs met. Jahniya was our wonderful waitress and James had her back. They showed up and showed out even on a slow day came in with great energy. Even my daughter loved the vibes. We will definitely be back ❤️👏

My server Jahniya W. was excellent with her knowledge of the menu and very welcoming! The preparation of my food was Fast, Fresh, & Delicious! I order French Toast, double egg, & 2 slices of Bacon. All of my items were made to perfection! The dinning area was clean & organize. I see this server becoming a manager at this facility soon!

It’s very clean and calm in here. I came in during Memorial Day around 3:30 and I’m out by 4. Our waitress was Latrice she was very kind and respectful and made sure all of our food was well and good. She was quick to see if we needed any help instead of waiting around to ask for help. Overall 10/10 experience.

Jeff was our server at IHOP & he was AMAZINGGG 😭💛 Such an energetic, happy, and genuinely warm spirit. You can tell he actually enjoy what he does because the service was top tier from start to finish. Super attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. 10/10 for sure — give JEFF a raise honestly 👏🏽✨

This IHOP has always been my convenient go-to spot, especially because of Ms. Gloria, who recently retired. She always made customers feel welcome, and she’s a big reason this location became one of my favorites. Unfortunately, about two weeks ago, I had a really bad experience with a young employee whose attitude was horrific. The customer service was terrible, she was rude, argumentative with both myself and other customers, and acted like she didn’t care about how long people were waiting. My order was wrong, the food wasn’t at its best, and honestly the disrespect ruined my appetite. I ended up filing a complaint with corporate because the experience was that disappointing. However, I do want to acknowledge the manager, Dominic, because he called me personally the very next day. He was professional, apologetic, direct, and focused on making things right. He offered to provide better service, and I reordered the same meal. I could tell Dominic takes customer satisfaction seriously and is doing more than his best to get his staff on the same page. I appreciated the quick turnaround and the professionalism. I order from this IHOP often through DoorDash and Uber Eats during my work-from-home days, and sometimes I even ride a VEO or Lime bike there since it’s right up the street. The location had been closed for a while, so I’m glad to see it open again and hope the improvements continue. Overall, I still recommend people give this IHOP a try because management clearly cares about customer satisfaction and making things right. No business is perfect, but it says a lot when concerns are handled quickly and professionally. If you ever have an issue, don’t hesitate to contact corporate because they do follow up and work toward resolving the problem.

I ordered food for 2 to go at this location. The staff was excellent. The woman that took my order was very attentive and confirmed the order to make sure it was correct. She checked with the people cooking to ensure The dish was accurate to the picture in the menu. Good experience.

My family and I came in for breakfast and there was a complete change in the restaurant. I have not been to this location in years due to poor service and food quality. Not sure of his name but the tall dark skin gentleman in the kitchen is AMAZING! Keep up the good work! We will be back!

I usually don't do reviews however I had to. We had an amazing server named Jeff. He was very courteous and he gave excellent customer service. He went above and beyond, thank you Jeff! We had a nice size group so he worked his heart out. The restaurant was very clean, and the music was great. To the amazing staff and manager for this location keep it up!
