⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Teamwork That Deserves Recognition – Kira & Jamal Are Stars! I rarely am one to write reviews of any nature, However my most recent visit to IHOP was such an outstanding experience that I feel it’s a must to share this. Kira is an absolute professional and a joy to be around. She greeted us immediately with genuine warmth & attentiveness in a sincere way. Always a huge selection to choose from which always usually complicates things further (multiple substitutions, dietary restrictions, and extras) Without missing a beat, zero mistakes, and all this with a contagious positivity & kept everything running smoothly. She anticipated all of the needs — refilling coffees proactively, bringing extra warm syrup and hot sauce before we even asked, and checking in at the perfect moments without ever hovering. Her positive energy and attention to detail turned a busy breakfast into a relaxing, memorable meal. She is clearly a top-tier server who represents your brand at the highest level. Now for the one Behind the scenes, Cook Jamal crushed it. Every single plate came out to perfection with impeccable timing & everything piping hot. It shined through the food & clearly was prepared with utmost care and pride. The pancakes were flawlessly fluffy and golden, omelettes were packed with flavor and cooked exactly as requested, and the hash browns had that ideal crispy exterior with tender insides. Nothing was greasy, overcooked, or sitting under heat lamps — the coordination between Jamal and Kira was seamless. You can taste the difference when someone truly cares about quality. This kind of consistent excellence and teamwork is rare. Kira and Jamal didn’t just do their jobs well — they went above and beyond in every way, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. In today’s service industry (which I am very much active in) I’ve hired countless employees over the years & I have never been this lucky to get a pair true professionals like this. What a blessing. They are sole reason customers become regulars and recommend a location to others. Management: Please recognize and reward Kira and Jamal. They are clearly assets to not just the team but your entire organization. These two are more than deserving of raises and/or promotions. I hope this finds the right person that takes the actions necessary for these two to be recognized and rewarded for their actions. We will be returning just to specifically to sit in Kira’s section and hopefully get some the advancement they both deserve. I’ve been singing their praises & I am going to extending an professional offer to them both to let them understand how valuable they truly are. Thank you Kira & Jamal both — you made our day! And hopefully you will think about the opportunity I briefly told you both about. —
