I've been to a lot of restaurants over the years, and I can honestly say Melanie is one of the few servers I'll actually remember. Plenty of dining experiences are memorable for the wrong reasons, but this one stood out because of her professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness. We had a medium-sized group, and she made every person feel like they mattered. She never made us feel rushed, even when we had questions or special requests. She patiently explained the customization options, made sure every order was exactly right, and checked on us at the right times without ever being intrusive. The best servers have a way of making great service feel effortless, and that's exactly what Melanie did. She created an experience where everyone could simply relax and enjoy the meal without ever having to wonder if something had been forgotten. I hope she's recognized for the difference she makes, because people don't just remember the food, they remember how they were treated. Bad service will make people leave, even before they try the food.

What a wonderful improvement from our last visit. Only about 10 or so people seated and we were told it would be a 40-45 minute wait. We turned around and left. Today with more people we were seated and served quickly! Good job!
