I just had the BEST experience at IHOP thanks to Kristen! She was beyond amazing from start to finish — friendly, funny, attentive, and genuinely one of the hardest-working servers I’ve seen. She made sure every little detail was taken care of and never once made us feel rushed. Even when the restaurant got busy, she stayed calm, professional, and kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Her energy alone made the whole meal better. People like Kristen are the reason customers come back. Exceptional service, amazing attitude, and just an all-around wonderful person. Give her all the praise because she absolutely deserves it!

Kristen at IHOP deserves ALL the recognition! Seriously, she turned a regular breakfast into an amazing experience. She was incredibly sweet, fast, professional, and had the kind of personality that instantly makes you feel welcome. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. Our food came out perfectly, she stayed on top of everything without us even having to ask, and she somehow managed to keep a smile on her face the entire time. It’s rare to find service this good anymore. Kristen is the definition of outstanding customer service and honestly the reason we’ll be coming back. IHOP better never let this woman go!

I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Kristen at IHOP! From the second we walked in, she was absolutely amazing — super friendly, attentive, and honestly one of the best servers I’ve ever had. She made sure everything was perfect, kept our drinks full, checked on us constantly, and somehow managed to make everyone feel like family even while staying busy. Her positive attitude and energy completely made our experience. IHOP is lucky to have someone like Kristen representing them because customer service like that is rare these days. If you get Kristen as your server, you seriously hit the jackpot. Give this woman a raise immediately!

Our server, Nick, provided exceptional service. He greeted us with a positive demeanor, promptly delivered our beverages, accurately took our order, and verified its correctness before serving. Despite only two employees being on duty during our visit, Nick efficiently managed all dining room patrons, processed online orders, and effectively communicated with the kitchen; whom I might add was the Manager on duty. His dedication and professionalism are highly commendable, and we would appreciate the opportunity to have him serve us during future visits. Kabrielle really made our experience outstanding! From her kind demeanor, patience and efficiency, everything went flawlessly. The food is always good and quick here. Her service was better than anything I’ve had at fine restaurants (better than Bern’s). She is a hidden gem and I hope staff there value her for her worth! I wish you well in life Kabrielle. People forget the things you do and say but they remember how you made them feel. I watched you treat everyone with the same kindness and respect, regardless of their attitude back toward you. I appreciate your patience while it was just myself there with my 2 young children .
