As of this past Easter Sunday at 3:30PM on 4/5/2026. This restaurant has closed there doors. I never cared for IHOP I been to a few in some other states, Michigan, Maryland, Alabama, Missouri they about turned me off from this chain until I went to the Wildwood Florida location. They changed my opinion about stop going to but to continue to go to IHOP. I been to the location in Vero Beach on FL 60, you receive your food fast, food is good, service quality lacking. Back to IHOP Wildwood most of us regulars and truck drivers are not happy at all for this. We have lost good and caring servers & service, a place to sit down & have a good meal, or just a cup of coffee and a conversation. For us truck drivers we have lost yet another place we could go and have a decent meal & get out of these trucks for a bit & relax. Only thing here now is the small bar/lounge across the street with some food very little seating, Taco Bell, Hardee's, at the T/A truckstop there's a Popeyes & Pizza Hut. Burger King, Wendy's, McDonald's down the road. Closest sit-down restaurant is about 2 miles away for a truck driver there's no parking close. I am sitting at the truckstop across the street & I still see potential customers pull in get out of there cars & read the letter on the door. Some have thrown hands in the air " like where to go get something to eat now". IHOP in my opinion you closed the wrong restaurant. You do need to change the hrs and open to permanently closed. I'm hungry!!

Our waitress was Denise. She was friendly, attentive, and incredibly efficient. She made sure everything we needed was taken care of right away without ever feeling rushed. The food was delicious and came out surprisingly fast, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, great service and a really enjoyable meal!

The IHOP was pack, just like the traffic, so we decided to wait the 30 minutes to be served, 30 minutes after, the lady was a mature woman running herself pick time, SHE WAS AN angel and I wished her many blessings.

My family and I have stopped here a couple times during roadtripping, and each time it was a really lovely experience! Denise is absolutely wonderful and she took such good care of us here! We really enjoy the quiet and calm atmosphere and the food is pretty good! I recommend for sure if you’re in the area to stop at this ihop!
