I ordered a BLT no mayo. bread buttered. Server asked if I wanted toast. Yes, I just want it buttered. No mayo. Arrives totally dry. I say, asked for buttered bread. She takes it back to kitchen. Brings it back with BOTH SIDES OF BREAD BUTTERED. And they want $15 and hour. Absolutely insane. Manager offered to redo but was seriously afraid they would spit in it. How incredibly difficult was butter instead of mayo?

Jackie, the server was sooo amazing and patient. She made me and my family of 11 so amazing!! I couldn’t asked for a better server! Not only was the service great but the food was sooo tasty and amazing!!! I got the big breakfast burrito with the strawberry pancakes omelette and it was cooked to perfection and they gave me so much that it left me full! Jackie even made sure my food was soo good! The atmosphere was also very clean and nice and everyone was so welcoming and kind! I defintely will be coming back!! If you’re looking for a great ihop to go to, you need to go this ihop in cumming for the best experience ever!

I had a wonderful time today at IHOP! Our server, Jackie was amazing! She was was so sweet, and patient with us especially since we had a table of 10! The restaurant was nice and calm, and it helped because the food was delicious! I definitely recommend for yall to eat here!

I've been to this location a few times while on the area. Twice, I've had Amanda B. as my server. Both times she has gone above and beyond to keep the table happy. Now, I regret not complimenting her the first time, who would think you could get decent customer service anywhere these days? Especially twice from the same person.

Amanda provided outstanding service at IHOP! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Our drinks were always refilled, the food came out quickly, and she checked in just the right amount without being intrusive. Great attitude, great service, and she really made the experience enjoyable. If you visit, definitely ask for Amanda — she’ll take great care of you!

Well currently, this Ihop has some of the best staff members but sweetheart here is amanda! We couldn't of asked for a better waitress honestly. My kids just loved talking to and she took few seconds to help my autistic son order his food. Sitting here with tears in my eyes because because she reminded me that there are still amazing people in this world. Amanda go see amanda!!!!!
