Hi me and my wife are from Los Angeles and I have to say this was by far the best experience we've ever had at an IHOP. As so as we walked in in we were greeted by Ray. He was absolutely amazing, so welcoming, kind and funny. He was quick o his feet and immediately brought us coffee. Once we ordered our food was literally ready within I say no more then 8mins. Food was great, ambiance was great and Ray was amazing. He definitely deserves a raise. Big thanks to IHOP Waikiki and Ray of course.

We walked in first thing in the morning today. We have a large family and they sat 6 fine with tables sat everywhere. Our server was Ray and he was so amazing to our kids and our service was perfect. We will go back this week many times for breakfast. P.S. try the spicy poblano.

This place is amazing! Our server ray was so helpful and kind through out the entire time I stayed in the nearby hotel. Service was amazing. Food was phenomenal. And they are so attentive! Thank you Ray for making our groups morning!

We are on a family vacation, and my father has been diagnosed with bulbar ALS. We have been struggling to find foods that he can safely eat. I mentioned our situation to Vanessa, and she went above and beyond to help. She thoughtfully prepared fruit cut into very small pieces and also offered applesauce, which made a tremendous difference. For the first time in days, my father was able to enjoy breakfast more comfortably. We are incredibly grateful for Vanessa’s kindness, compassion, and attention to our family’s needs. Small acts of care like this mean so much to families facing difficult circumstances. Thank you, Vanessa, for providing such exceptional service.

While in Waikiki we experienced IHop for the first time, had been recommended by a friend but we were a little apprehensive as some of the reviews were not great. The restaurant at Waikiki is not the fanciest, but there were people inside so took that as a good sign. We were greeted warmly on arrival and asked to sign our name onto a clipboard (weird) and asked to wait. In about 5 minutes we were escorted to a table. Not the best spot, when our waitress (Vanessa) arrived we asked if we could please move, no problem, she sorted that out. Vanessa was very helpful with suggestions as we were not familiar with the menu. Our order was delivered and did not disappoint, the stuffed Omlete was very tasty and the pancakes fluffy and delicious. Vanessa was awesome, friendly and helpful. Would go again. Decor could do with a refresh to make the atmosphere more pleasant. Overall, happy with our experience 😊
