We LOVE this IHOP and eat there several times a week. No matter what time of day, the food is always excellent and the service is above and beyond. The prices make it reasonable enough for us seniors to eat there frequently each week and not think twice about adding family or friends to our tab. The menu gives us plenty of options, no one leaves hungry, it's quick but they never rush us out. Our servers are wonderful...give them and the cooks raises...Great employees are hard to find and keep. My one 4-star only reflects the need for a new roof(several rain catching buckets very active) and temperature control in bathrooms is not good. We'll be back, so save our table ;-) !!

We have always loved ihop, the one place we are willing to travel 30 miles for. Pancakes are perfect and the french toast is awesome, all the food is great and the price is right. The service is friendly and accommodating

Clean, very nice friendly greaters and seaters, pretty woman with her grand daughter.. made us feel welcome.. Even though it was a twenty minute wait for out table. The four orders were correct, and tasty. Our server was beyond helpful. Great job, well done. This was in Ankeny Iowa.. in case you'll be in the area, I recommend this I'HOP store location. 💯

I love coming to iHop, especially the Ankeny location. Its never too crowded, the staff are friendly, its always very clean. The waitress, Imani, is also excellent at her job and served her customers well!
