It's been years since I last visited an IHOP, and I honestly didn't have high expectations when I arrived here. However, my entire experience was a pleasant surprise. Friendly and attentive staff, a menu with fresh and interesting options, and food that arrived fairly quickly while also tasting quite good. If I'm ever in the area again, this may well.be where I stop for breakfast

I love the environment. The energy the servers bring in there. Very friendly they are great with kids. Very helpful when u dont know what you really want and they try to get the best deal with variety. The decorations are beautiful throughout the seasons/holidays. The food is delicious and service on point.

Food is okay, classic okay/mid breakfast althought the steak tips were a stand out. French fries were also good. Biggest negative was the bathroom. It has a strong moldy smell that management needs to remedy.

My husband and I went to IHOP Oct 12th,it wasn't real busy,but steady, that keep the only waitress busy.I wish I would of got her name,such a good waitress,she was on top of it,had the sweetest smile and so polite.Oh by the way the food was always delicious, I had the coffee cakes pancakes yummm.
