The food and service was fantastic! Our server was very friendly and she was professional. Our only complaint was that it was SO COLD inside! My elderly mother and my grandson had blankets on. Another table was wearing winter coats in June!

Very busy and kitchen was a little behind but our server YSA was PHENOMENAL! Honestly she was so busy but made us feel like we were here only guests. Very attentive and good at what she does. Food was great too. Definitely recommend the Colorado!!!!

Service was awesome, food came out fast and hot, it was loud enough my hard of hearing companion couldn't make anything out. Music was loud, people were loud, so we couldn't really talk.

We enjoy IHOP and are always happy when we have Cheyenne as our waitress! We don't come very often, but she remembers our order every time and is very attentive (without being overbearing)! We appreciate her friendliness! IHOP is lucky to have her on their staff!

Had the best brunch at ihop today. The French toast $6 breakfast was delicious and Denise gave us the best service. The music was setting the vibe and all the staff was friendly and smiling. It was a great experience.

Good food. Good prices. Great service. Fun server. Don't why it was so empty. The one star missing from the atmosphere is because it was jacket weather inside the restaurant. Makes it uncomfortable to sit and talk for too long because you're cold.

The food was very good and came out quickly. My main purpose for this post is the service that I received from Cheyeene. If you want the blueprint to friendly service, she is it. She was attentive with a wonderful smile and seemed like she genuinely enjoyed taking care of the customer. The type of person every company looks for.
