Our server Catina, wonderful lady with short red hair, was THE BEST waitress I’ve ever had from any restaurant. She was hilarious, patient, super caring, and even went out of her way to check on my sister (after I made my sister laugh too hard causing a small asthma attack). We cracked jokes and she regularly checked in on us making sure all was good. Truly appreciate the wonderful service AND food.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Kaylee from the night shift at IHOP for providing one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we were seated, she greeted us with a warm smile and a friendly attitude that immediately made us feel welcome. Throughout our visit, she was attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. Kaylee stayed on top of everything despite the restaurant being busy. Our drinks were always refilled before we had to ask, our food came out correctly, and she checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. What really stood out was her positive attitude and the way she treated every customer with kindness and respect. She never seemed rushed or annoyed, even when handling multiple tables at once. Customer service can make or break a dining experience, and Kaylee absolutely exceeded expectations. She was knowledgeable about the menu, quick to answer questions, and made sure our visit was enjoyable from start to finish. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work and truly values her customers. Employees like Kaylee are the reason people come back. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly personality turned a simple meal into a great experience. IHOP is fortunate to have someone as dedicated and hardworking as her representing their team. I highly recommend this location and especially Kaylee if you’re dining during the night shift. She deserves recognition for the outstanding service she provides and for going above and beyond to make customers feel appreciated. Thank you, Kaylee, for your hard work and excellent service. The late night/overnight service is always incredible. My waitress Catina is the sweetest human being ever. My food always comes out so quick and my pancakes are fresh🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️

Our waitress was extremely good and friendly, food was ok, I got the shrimp platter shrimp was a good size but the cocktail sauce tasted sweet so it could be better and the inside batter on the fried shrimp was not cooked all the way, need to make sure about that, otherwise it was good. Will return.

The food & service would have been better if it come properly prepared the first time, instead of having to have additional ingredients brought to the table like Serrano peppers that was supposed to come in the Spicy Pablano Omelet and the waitress kept coming back to ask how we wanted the food like she was forgetting what to order, but at least she kept our drinks filled.
