Dad had chicken fried steak that taste like grissel so they brought us an omelet to replace but the rest of the food is good only vegan are not available unless you know how to order right.

Food is good our server was good. Just don't sit by the kitchen or servers station. They were talking loud and cutting up so it was to noisy. Where I was sitting had something going on the other side of the wall it was loud and vibrated our whole table. It kept going off. So that was very unpleasant. Just gotta sit in a better area next time. But food was good here.

Would've been 5 stars. Could've been. But why would a waitress seat a family in the booth directly behind me when we were the only ones in that section? I wouldn't have minded, but the place was practically empty. Had a nice 1st half of breakfast. Then bye bye quiet breakfast. I still love your food IHOP, I forgive you.

Our little waiter was such a sport, and even said we made his night, by leaving a $15 tip. As a Dasher myself, I know exactly what tips mean, when counting every penny. I've only received very few substantial tips, in over 6K deliveries, so I felt that. Service was impeccable! And the food was on point. Omelets were delicious!! I only regret not asking his name...
