Dear IHOP Corporate Management Team, it is my pleasure to write a positive review of your Framingham IHOP restaraunt. My family and I were very pleased with the service and food we received at IHOP and our server Jayda P. was exceptional! She had several tables at 2:00 am she was hosting and provided exceptional service detail to each table and she had a very large party that made up 3 large booths. our table was spotless clean and the booth seats were the same. No sticky syrup anywhere on the table! just spotless clean! Jayda P.'s professionalism, smile, kindness, service skill sets, speed at bringing us our order, and checking in on us to ensure we were satisfied was a wonderful experience.How did she know I needed another carafe of coffee without asking? Great service is anticipating your customers needs and Jayda P. gets 5+ stars! Also commendable is her 5+ star Manager Kevin. Kevin sets a positive pace for his team as he is a fantastic Brand Ambassador for your IHOP business especially your location in Framingham. His professionalism, dedication to detail, exceptional communication skills, and leadership skill sets is rare in the restaraunt business and his enthusiasm for IHOP and the brand trickles down to his employees to create a positive memorable customer experience for his customers on every visit. I always get the same order, the spicy poblano bowl, its very good and yummy, I do takeout whenever I can't or dont go in to eat. It's very nice to go out and have breakfast with family cause of the nice music and the news they have up. 5 stars all around

I really enjoyed my visit to IHOP. The food was fresh and flavorful especially the pancakes and the staff was kind and efficient. It’s a great place for a relaxed meal, and I’d happily go again.

A great experience at this restaurant, better than what I expected. My server was Evelin and she went above and beyond my expectations. Drinks and food were at our tables in no more than 10 minutes. Would definitely be going back soon.

One of the cleanest, if not the cleanest IHOP I’ve ever been in. Food is as tasty, fresh, came out fast. Our server was very friendly and attentive. I have no complaints at all. One of the best in the state.

Always a great experience at IHOP in Framingham! The food comes out fresh and hot every time, the pancakes are always perfect, and the service is friendly and fast. The staff really makes you feel welcome and the restaurant is clean and comfortable. Definitely one of the best spots in the area for breakfast anytime of the day. Highly recommend!

One of the reasons I stopped eating at IHOP was because of cleanliness. Eating in a dirty (food left over sitting on tables, food on floor, etc) really made me sick. Upon my sons insistence, I returned. I was impressed! The service was impeccable, staff highly attentive, and my biggest criteria, cleanliness WAS IMPECABLE. This location is very nicely ruined , restaurant super clean, and staff was WONDERFUL. GRACIAS! A TODO EL PERSONNAL POR MANTENER ESTE RESTAURANTE LIMPIO Y AGRADABLE.

I had an amazing experience at IHOP in Framingham! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and upbeat. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without us even having to ask. The food came out fresh, hot, and exactly how we ordered it. The pancakes were fluffy, the eggs were cooked perfectly, and everything tasted great. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in what they serve. What really stood out was the service. Our server was professional, quick, and genuinely kind. Even though the restaurant was busy, everything ran smoothly and efficiently. It’s not easy to find a place that consistently delivers on food, service, and atmosphere — but this IHOP does it right. Highly recommend whether you’re stopping in for breakfast, brunch, or dinner.
