My mom and I decided to have a little mother daughter time. We always go to this location and the food never disappoints. We made small talk, drank our waters, she told me about the songs played. However, at the end of our "dunch" the lady who served us said in the most saccharine but condescending tone and told us "You're free to go" in a sing-song voice. Both me and my mom were surprised because we come all the time but that has NEVER been said to us and it came across as extremely rude. Other than that small issue, we had a nice evening together. I hope to go again with my mom whenever we can because we love this place a lot.

Every week I place online breakfast delivery orders from IHOP for my 88-year-old dad. I usually call the restaurant beforehand to make sure they still have grits and to ask if they can add some to his order (since grits aren’t available to add through the delivery app). No matter who answers the phone, once I explain who the order is for, they are always incredibly kind and accommodating. They even remember my dad by name now. I’ve heard things like, “Everyone here knows his name,” or “No problem—we remember, we’ve got you.” On the rare occasions when I’m not able to call ahead, they’ve even added the grits to the order anyway because they know it’s for him. Recently there was a small mistake with an order (one meal was missing), and they handled it quickly and kindly. Thank you to Danielle Faith and the whole team for making it right. I truly appreciate how much they care. Their kindness makes it much easier to help my dad eat well while I’m away. 🙂

Love this place. Today we had MiaAngel as my server. She was so warm and attentive. Tony always greets us but he was in the back today. He did say hi as he walked by. Dontae usually waits on us and he is AWESOME too. The Ms. Dani the GM stopped by the table and made us feel welcome. Love this place. It was a busy morning for the restaurant but it was an awesome experience. Love you all Daphne

So i visited the IHOP in MD to see if the tv ad for new breakfast value meal was real. To my surprise there was small section on the menu called value meal. It included breakfast and lunch items. However, when I got the bill the meal was not $6.99 as advertised on tv. Also the value meal section had no prices listed....Beware of advertising.... or os this something only MD IHOP are doing. Let me know your experience with this new value meal menu items...
