Took my family out for breakfast and it was very good. We had a small problem with one of our dishes but the manager Stacy helped clear it up quick. She was very kind and I appreciate her assistance. Definitely looking forward to coming back again.

Stopped at the IHOP Store# 3535 (3531 Washington Blvd Ste 301 Halethorpe, MD) with my wife for breakfast this morning. We had eaten here before but not for a very long time as it was a hot mess, bad service, dirty and had been clearly poorly managed. When we walked in, we were hastily greeted and seated at the first booth. Looking around, you could tell it was improved (for example: They had multiple varieties of syrups, new menu, new coffee signage and it was clearly a lot cleaner). There was still the smell of skunk pot from the locals whiffing around as people came in and out but our waitress Nahazha was a true delight. She was cheery, had a big smile, welcomed us warmly and checked up on us multiple times after taking our order. During the taking of the order, she had asked how we wanted things cooked, what types of creamer we wanted with our coffees and more fine tuned personal service than you get at most restaurants. We did not have to ask for anything twice or chase her down for anything. The food was cooked just as we had requested. I wouldn't normally give a 5 star review at a chain restaurant, but I don't know what could have been improved upon other than the atmosphere and initial check-in non-welcoming/indifference type greeting (atmosphere: smelling skunk pot while trying to eat is not a welcoming feature). We decided to speak with the manager to let them know the improvement with the restaurant was noticed and appreciated. Stacey came out and we had a pretty good conversation about how she had been with the restaurant since it had opened and that she was aware of the changes and she appreciated that we had taken the time to acknowledge it. Since there is a section for photos, I will post one of my puppy. We will be back.

Just wanted to share the great experiences my son and I have when we come to this location. The food is consistently done well and the service has been great. Today was no exception, and the reason for my review. I’m really grateful to our server Andrea. Very kindhearted and extremely efficient. Thank you for all your help and thoughtfulness; this location is lucky to have you on the team!

My sister and I stopped at this particular IHOP because we were in the area and wanted to sit down and eat for breakfast. The service was ok, but the waitress just couldn't get right. I was patient with her, and we ordered 2 hot chocolate with no whipped cream. She brought it out with whipped cream anyway. I didn't say anything. Then I wanted a refill and to order another drink it took her way too long to come back to the table to check on us to see if we needed anything then by the time she did come back our food came out she didn't leave us any napkins. Then, I had to keep asking for hot syrup. Other than that, it's an ok place to eat.

This is my go to spot when I just want a little “mommy-me time” I truly adore the manager Stacy she is always welcoming with a smile🙂. My meals are quick and delicious! The waitresses are a delight and detail oriented! I thank the staff for giving me moments of peace and comfort. I highly recommend!!!
