IHOP in Randallstown was a great experience overall. The food was good, service was solid, and everything came out as expected. The only minor thing was having to grab our own ketchup, which wasn’t a big deal but a little unexpected. Still, a nice spot for a reliable breakfast.

My parents came in town to visit and the requested IHOP, since they love it in Florida. We don't have the same senior deals however The lady was attentive to their needs. I was impressed with her service. We sat in a nice quiet booth near a window for my mom. When we left my dad said " not bad" and that means he like it. So it was a good day!!

It was packed when we arrived. The line moved in 20 minutes. The waitress was very attentive. She gave us 2 extra pancakes for our unconvince. Great customer service. I think her name was Laylah.

I’ve been going to this IHOP for over 37 years and it’s still awesome! pretty much a family oriented place. Keisha my Mothers new found love is remarkable in everything including the lady that clears away the plates. Big ups to LaShawn (Shawna) who’s been there for many years still remarkable! KUDOS to the entire crew including all waiters , Waitresses and Chefs. Thank you for still giving us all unconditional loving service

It's crowded most mornings, which is fine because they move pretty quickly to take care of you, whether you're dining in or carrying out. However, my scrambled eggs were runny and French Toast was stale. Update: I have increased the star rating for this establishment. The order was made again & very delicious. Please continue the great job.

I live around the corner so I have now been to this IHOP several times. I love the seven dollar breakfast options even though it’s only three or four options. Every time I have eaten here, the food has been delicious. The four stars came because the service can vary depending on the level of business. Recently within the last two months, I’ve been four times. Two of those times it was relatively busy and it seemed like the employees were doing multiple jobs so it took a little longer than preferred to get seated. The service once seated was good and each and every time them pancakes are banging. I definitely recommend for breakfast.
