The waitress was friendly and attentive, greeting us as soon as we arrived and offering us drinks. The service was quick; our breakfast arrived in about 15 minutes. The atmosphere was lively and pleasant. Overall, a good experience at IHOP 👍. The two managers, Ms. Vicky and Ms. Feliz, were very kind.

We went there on a Sunday to do a pancake ONLY taste test with my wife believing that between Dennys, Cracker Barrel and IHOP that Cracker Barrel would have the best tasting pancakes. My choice was IHOP. At 3PM on a Sunday this restaurant was extremely available. We stopped here last and ordered by app because it was the closest to us but opposite Dennys and less than 2 miles from Cracker Barrel. It was fastest to go order once order than any of the other two. In a blind taste test with no butter or syrup it tasted good but surprisingly wasn't the best. It was still hot when we ordered and sat down with our Dennys and Cracker Barrel order. It was almost empty compared to Cracker Barrel and Dennys. Dennys had the most delicious pancake with IHOP finishing number two. Surprisingly neither of our first choice won. I thought and said IHOP would be the best. Probably because of the syrup choices even though there was no bosenberry which I never choose. IHOP didn't kick us out when we sat down with our three bags. IHOP had the best service and the nicest staff which is saying something because they were all wonderful. Because we ate the losers combined after our blind tasting when we added butter and syrup I'm lactose intolerant and so instead of just enjoying Dennys I got nauseous. The wife was fine. Neither of us had eaten so this was testing on two relatively empty stomachs. We'll redo the tasting in the future changing the order of purchase next time to see if we'll still get the same results.

This is one of the best dining experiences I've had in years. Which I was not expecting from an IHop, but all the more impressive to stand out so much. They are not afraid to leave you feeling full here and they are very kind and courteous as well! Will try visiting again.
