Arrived on a Tuesday around 5pm. Not crowded. Staff was extremely pleasant and attentive. Food arrived in timely manner. The building is old, but the space was clean and well maintained. It's clear that the staff cared about the space and the guests, so Management MUST be treating them with respect as that attitude trickles down. Staff was even cleaning the window exteriors and leaving them streak free. Very impressed.

Not to shabby for an old spot. The smallest IHOP I've ever been to but the cooks are on point. Food was DELICIOUS. We had the French Toast eggs turkey sausage and chicken quesadilla. Only complaint is the service. They didn't bring any napkins with the food. Had to wait on that. They didn't check back to see if we were okay. Oh...and they didn't even bring ketchup for my hash browns. "Black people live ketchup on their hash browns" 😆
