Jhkai was wonderful. We have been to a bunch of IHOPs and this was the best food and customer service we have had.

I like IHOP but I always get the same thing because I know it's good. Most of the time it's easy to get a seat there they're not real busy. The service is always really good. Sometimes the table, silverware and coffee pot aren't clean. So I say something and they are happy to fix it.

This IHOP location is the best one in the entire area in our opinion. We have become regulars on Saturday mornings because of the great service we always receive there. Jhkai is our absolute favorite server and we ask for him by name every week. He provides unparalleled friendly service and is always on top of everything. He is hands down a top notch server and a great person! The food isn’t 5 star, but it’s IHOP not a Michelin starred restaurant. We will continue to go there as long as Jhkai is still working there… if he ever leaves we will look for somewhere else for our Saturday morning coffee and breakfast.

Our server was outstanding. I think her name was Briona. Food was just okay in the atmosphere is what you'd expect. I don't think it's IHOP's fault that people no longer know how to dress or act in public. Our server was wonderful and the experience as a whole was great

Stopped by IHOP in the morning before heading downtown for the St. Patrick’s Day parade, and even though it was really busy, the service was super fast. Our server Dani was amazing—very attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed even with the morning rush. It made the whole breakfast experience smooth and enjoyable. Great way to start the day!
