This IHOP location is the best one in the entire area in our opinion. We have become regulars on Saturday mornings because of the great service we always receive there. Jhkai is our absolute favorite server and we ask for him by name every week. He provides unparalleled friendly service and is always on top of everything. He is hands down a top notch server and a great person! The food isn’t 5 star, but it’s IHOP not a Michelin starred restaurant. We will continue to go there as long as Jhkai is still working there… if he ever leaves we will look for somewhere else for our Saturday morning coffee and breakfast.

Our server was outstanding. I think her name was Briona. Food was just okay in the atmosphere is what you'd expect. I don't think it's IHOP's fault that people no longer know how to dress or act in public. Our server was wonderful and the experience as a whole was great

Stopped by IHOP in the morning before heading downtown for the St. Patrick’s Day parade, and even though it was really busy, the service was super fast. Our server Dani was amazing—very attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed even with the morning rush. It made the whole breakfast experience smooth and enjoyable. Great way to start the day!

This IHOP is one of best ones I have been too, the place is always super clean and the waitress are always very attentive and super helpful with everything, everyone here is super nice and friendly, i definitely recommend this IHOP never bad service!

I went in with friends this morning around 9-930 and our server Ky was friendly, efficient and very attentive! She made sure our food was correct and fresh! I will definitely be returning and will always ask for her to be my waitress! Most definitely a 10/10 dining experience!

My server Dani was top notch! I came in this morning and was immediately sat down and taken care of. she was super friendly and refilled my drink every time it was low without me even having to ask her! it was truly the best customer service I have had in a long time. 😊

I came in sometime this morning around 7-7:30 and the service was amazing! If I remember correctly the servers name was Ky.. she was supper sweet, very attentive, and overall just great service! Definitely will be coming back☺️

My daughters watched a video about struggling chain restaurants and IHOP was on the list. I hadn’t been to an IHOP in over 20 years, so we decided to give it a whirl. The 7 of us went on a Sunday afternoon. The service was great, the food was satisfying and we had a really good time. Truly, there’s no better place to get pancakes.

Marcos was our server. He did an amazing job given the multiple situations that had gone array all the while being the only server. The system crashed when we got there so he had to deal with that, then there was a gentleman thay came into dine and dash. He handled that really well as well. He was gracious, nice, and extremely apologetic for the situations.
