We went to iHop in Billings MT for dinner and had Bri as our waitress. She was very good! She remembered our orders, checked back often, brought refills and has a fantastic personality.

I really love eating here in Billings. Trish is extremely personable, always has a smile on her face and she always checks on her customers so you never go without a refill very long. The food is really good and the service is super!!

The wait was like 20+ minutes, which isn't bad considering its early Saturday afternoon. We were seated and served pretty fast (thanks to Whitney!). The food came out and man was it good. The omelette was the perfect temperature and the cinnamon pancakes (which was my first experience with the cinna-stack) was probably the best pancakes I've had. Overall, for an IHOP, it was very good and had service that was faster and more attentive then a lot of places nearby.

Love coming down with my girl and seeing bob and bri there so nice and I love when bob makes my food he gets down it’s so tasty and yummy! 😋 and Bree is a good waitress.

Sometimes its not how you start ; but how you finish . Thanks for refiring my food and trying to make my experience worth while today. My omelet was absolutely delicious with the steak added . Stay fabulous !

Server was great, but the kitchen was struggling to get the food out. Should have taken the hint from the sign posted at the door about reduced hours due to staffing issues. Once the food came out it was good, but it shouldn't take 40 minutes to get some eggs bacon out.
