My server was amazing! Her name was Kambri she was so nice, outgoing, friendly, funny, and made me and my friend feel very comfortable there. She provided some of the best service I have ever experienced! We were pretty needy and picky with our order, but she didn’t give the slightest hint of annoyance whatsoever. I feel she went above and beyond with making sure everything was perfect for us and I appreciate it so much! My first experience ever at IHOP will forever be remembered as fantastic! The food service and cleanliness was great!!! I’m sad I don’t live close enough at all to visit that same IHOP again, but I strongly encourage everyone to visit the Billings Montana IHOP whenever they get the opportunity!!!❤️👍😁

Well we went after church me and my family got some good food because we've been kind of craving IHOP super busy but the people there did super good managing and keeping the atmosphere really light also loved our service Whitney she was attentive even though she had many tables just got to say thanks for the good lunch :)

Whitney is an incredible server and shift lead she kept the whole restaurant moving in a pace that wasn’t distracting but also noticeably on point ! Her smile is the highlight of my day the food was great but her personality made it better! She never misses a beat.

The food was amazing and was surprisingly fast to be served.The waitress Kasie was extremely sweet and nice and was very helpful when I had questions about the menu.All the tables and floors where clean and the wait to be seated was quick.I would definitely recommend coming for a meal anytime.
