Ken has always been a phenomenal server for us! Also, INCREDIBLE staff from the kitchen to the front and even management. We had no wait time today to seat a table of 10. Food was perfectly cooked and came out quickly!

We truly enjoy visiting IHOP for breakfast or lunch. The food preparation is always great. This particular visit was especially different. Music was a little loud which made conversation difficult to hear one another. We liked the music, but turn volume down a little bit. The temperature of dining area was on the cool side, we had to wear our coats the whole time. The waitress seemed particularly rushed. Please slow down, smile and have fun. Far different experience from all our other visits here at this restaurant. In the past we have had John, Ken and Zach as our servicers. Outstanding and very personable.
