My family and I drove 3 ours to came celebrate my niece birthday, and we had the pleasure to dine in one of the best IHOP locations in charlotte! Our server Brenda was amazing! I had ordered the Smoke sausage combo and by all means, it was delicious! Brenda took care of my whole family, even though we were a big family of 12, she managed through excellent service, the food came out fast and management was on point!! He would be checking up on us and make sure we were doing okay! Will definitely come back again with my family to enjoy another delicious experience!

Place gets busy so we try to go early. Eggs are usually really good I get mine with cheddar. I mean it’s ihop. The cold brew coffee is pretty good too but I like mine plain without the extra sugar.

My waffles and hashbrowns were good. Second pot of coffee did not taste like the first. My sister’s pancakes, she mention tasted like powder and the whip cream was not good. The egg bowl dish was dry and missing something. My nieces dish was missing items but the server brought items out when we pointed it out.

From the moment you arrive, you're greeted warmly and either seated immediately or kept informed of wait times with a text notification option — a small touch that goes a long way. The servers are attentive, respectful, and genuinely care about your experience. A special shoutout to Ahlam H., who goes above and beyond every single visit — she even remembers your previous orders and checks if you'd like the same again. That level of personalized service is unexpected at an IHOP and truly sets this location apart. The manager also deserves recognition for actively walking the floor and checking in with customers — a hallmark of great restaurant leadership. My only suggestion would be to bring in additional kitchen support during peak hours to keep up with the well-deserved demand. Overall, a wonderful place to eat — highly recommend!

After so many Ihop locations I’ve visited, this location has shown me excellent 10 stars services!! I enjoy my service from Mario and Destiny, they’re my favorite! May 31 2026 Abdi and Nejwa helped me through the process of my to go order. Unlike other locations, these magnificent managers listen they even got me in and out!!! After problems with my payment, I had called the bank and they were able to fix it right up! Thank you so much to this excellent team! Keep it up!
