Good food. Nice staff. Clean Environment. My husband and I’s food was made wonderfully. The Ihop closest to my home makes their pancakes way too crunchy and hard, THIS ihop doesn’t !! They were absolutely perfect !! I’m not sure what the cooks name was, but that woman with all them bracelets was who she was !! I hope she’s cooking my food there from now on !!

I’ve been to many Ihops over the years, and this one has been the nicest to date. The cook with the bracelets made my food and the food was absolutely delicious, truly. The establishment looked nice, as well. My hash browns were cooked to perfection— not too crunchy, like some hash browns tend to be. Thank you for reading!

Nelli our waitress was amazing! Fast and efficient and very friendly! The cooks did fantastic it was the best breakfast! Everything was cooked to perfection! Even the store manager came by and checked on us! Above and beyond to make our experience wonderful! Will definitely be back soon!

Great service! It’s been ages since I’ve been to IHOP, mostly because my last few visits a couple of years ago were pretty rough. I’m so glad I gave them another shot! This time, the service was fantastic and the food was delicious. Huge fan of the new menu!

Place was not busy. There were about 8 ppl waiting ( 2 groups) . Checked in, about a 15 min wait. Ok 20 mins into wait all of us still waiting and 3 more groups came in. No one was being sat. A few tables left. I watched tables being cleared off. Still No one being sat. Ok I get shortage of ppl. But this was wrong. Could the wait staff or hostess of said, sorry but we only have blank wait staff or 1 cook. It will take longer. Like I said the place was not busy. I'd say 1/4 of what early lunch crowd should be. 11:15 we were there. We left and went to Grannys Kitchen in Hickory. They were busy and we got right in. 5 of us and we were there total of 45 mins. That's order, eat, bathroom and pay. That's with 3 kids and 2 seniors. So yes were were not thrilled with IHOP yesterday.!!!!!

Had breakfast with son and DIL to celebrate his 25th birthday before heading back to Ohio. Despite a sign warning shortened hours due to staffing, it was not bad. It gave us time to visit with them. Food was good, service was pleasant.
