So yeah I love it. Went yesterday 7/28 and came back today to make sure it wasn't a fluke and low and behold it wasn't. Well Ricky, the cook from 7/28 was awesome, let me explain, have you ever ate cheese, jalapeno and onions fused together with a desired crunch, yeah that's what he gives. The fries were awesome and omg I took it home and it was still great not sweaty and still crispy. Samora, the waitress, ask for her. Hey energy is great and she never allowed the drinks to get low or food to get cold love her. Now Shavonne, the manager had to step in on today, I didn't get the same good food vibe and energy from Carlos, the cook, so she stepped in and created the same remarkable experience for my second day in the row. What does this tell me? IHOP you all have a manager that has the owner's vision at heart. Why do I say this? Instead of letting me just leave and remove the charges for food not prepared correctly she walked into the kitchen and prepared the food in the correct expectation of the guest. I personally go to these restaurants and sit down, speak to my waiter or waitress, the manager and if the restaurant isn't too busy the cook just to get a vibe of how the establishment is ran and this IHOP in High Point NC on E. Parris is worth a try, and don't forget to ask for Samora.

So my partner and I sat down for an impromptu lunch meeting at this restaurant. I'm not an IHOP fan so you know I'm on here to brag about my dining experience. We were immediately greeted by a friendly host named Simóra that we later realized was our server. So glad because she's a very attentive individual making sure our Caramel Dulche Leche iced coffees were absolutely delicious. She then helped us navigate through the menu to figure out what we wanted. Pleasant experience so far. To our surprise 🫢 the chef Ricky exceeded expectations by providing a lunch delicacy. Our fries were crispy and fresh and our main courses were separately cooked to perfection. We were continuously showered with a friendly service from staff. The second time we visited our order wasn't quite cooked correctly but the manager Shavonne came in and remade our entire order to perfection personally. Needless to say I am quite pleased with the level of quality customer service we've received here so far. Keep up the great work to this manager and staff.

Kylah was a very good server! She paid great attention to my baby as to where most servers would just ignore him. She was very attentive and made sure to continue asking if we need anything else. The food took a little while to get out due to the kitchen and she made sure to keep us updated and get it out to us as quick as possible due to the rush.

Emilio was 1000% amazing! Best service we have EVER had at a restaurant! The cook in the kitchen was unbelievable! His pancakes are the ARCHETYPE of what pancakes should be! Give them BOTH a huge raise! ☺️. From 2 VERY happy customers who will be back for another poblano omelette.
