this is my first time coming to eat in at this IHOP. I usually order to go orders with my family And the food is always so amazing and yummy. I definitely recommend eating at this place. It's so wonderful. We had a great time and the hosts were amazing as well as my server!

Our server JoJo was absolutely amazing. We have a toddler and usually have to allow his food to cool as we eat, she brung his tenders out without us asking already cooled for him so he could begin eating (which made for a happy toddler instead of a screaming one). She made sure our food was correct & answered all our questions. The manager came out & gave us wet wipes also for our toddler. This was our first time eating here and it was such a pleasant experience due to JoJo, thank you!

The Spicy Poblano Omelette Might Be the Best Thing on IHOP’s Menu I went into IHOP expecting a decent breakfast, but the Spicy Poblano Omelette completely blew away my expectations. From the moment it arrived at the table, it looked massive. The omelette was thick, stuffed to the point where it looked like it could barely stay folded, and topped with fresh avocado, poblano cream, and chopped serrano peppers. It looked like something straight out of a commercial, and surprisingly, it actually tasted just as good. The first bite immediately stood out because every ingredient worked together instead of competing for attention. The eggs were incredibly fluffy and soft, giving the omelette a light texture despite how filling it was. Inside, the fire-roasted poblano peppers added a smoky flavor that made every bite more interesting than a standard cheese omelette. The red bell peppers and onions gave it a nice sweetness and crunch without overpowering the rest of the ingredients. According to IHOP, it’s filled with fire-roasted poblano peppers, shredded beef, Jack and Cheddar cheeses, avocado, poblano cream, and serrano peppers, making it one of the most ingredient-packed omelettes they offer. (IHop) One of the biggest surprises was the shredded beef. Most breakfast restaurants use sausage, bacon, or ham, but the shredded beef was incredibly tender and seasoned well. It wasn’t dry or chewy at all, and it gave the omelette a richer, heartier flavor that made it feel more like a complete meal than just breakfast. Every forkful had a good balance of meat, vegetables, cheese, and egg, so nothing felt uneven. The cheese deserves its own paragraph because it tied everything together perfectly. The blend of Jack and Cheddar melted into every layer, creating a creamy texture without becoming greasy. Instead of just tasting like “cheese,” it complemented the smoky peppers and savory beef, making the entire omelette feel incredibly satisfying. Now for the spice—despite the name, the Spicy Poblano Omelette isn’t overwhelmingly hot. The roasted poblanos bring more smoky flavor than heat, while the serrano peppers on top provide a noticeable kick that builds as you eat. It’s enough to wake up your taste buds without making you reach for a glass of water after every bite. If you enjoy food with a little heat but don’t want something painfully spicy, this hits the perfect middle ground. The avocado and poblano cream elevated the entire dish. The avocado added freshness and a buttery texture that balanced out the richness of the beef and cheese. Meanwhile, the poblano cream brought everything together with a smooth, slightly tangy finish that made every bite even better. Without those toppings, it would still be an excellent omelette, but they take it to another level. Another thing I appreciated was the portion size. This is not a tiny breakfast. The omelette is huge, and when paired with hash browns, toast, pancakes, or fruit, it easily becomes one of the most filling meals on the menu. If you’re really hungry, you’ll leave completely satisfied. If you’re not, don’t be surprised if you end up taking half of it home. What impressed me the most was how balanced everything felt. Some loaded omelettes become messy because they cram in too many ingredients, but this one never felt overloaded. Every ingredient had a purpose. The smoky peppers, tender shredded beef, creamy cheese, cool avocado, spicy serranos, and fluffy eggs all blended together into something that felt carefully designed instead of randomly assembled. It’s easy to understand why food reviewers have ranked this as IHOP’s best omelette. The combination of roasted peppers, shredded beef, creamy toppings, and balanced spice gives it far more personality than a traditional breakfast omelette. (Tasting Table) The Spicy Poblano Omelette isn’t just my favorite omelette at IHOP—it’s one of the best breakfast dishes on their entire menu, and I’d order it again without hesitation.
