I had a great experience at IHOP! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The food came out fresh, hot, and exactly how I ordered it. Everything was flavorful, and you can tell they take pride in what they serve. The service really stood out. My server checked in regularly without being overbearing and made sure I had everything I needed. The general manager was also very attentive and made sure guests were taken care of, which really elevated the experience. The atmosphere was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxed meal. Definitely one of the better experiences I’ve had at IHOP. I’ll be coming back!

Netta was a very attentive server! She was very polite and friendly. She checked on me and my friend to make sure we had what we needed and helped us navigate the menu. The food itself was also really good! Cant wait to return to this location!

15 years in food service 'trenches', myself. This is one of the hardest working teams I've ever seen. They're stretched a little thin at times, but make things work well. I would encourage others to come in, sit for a spell, and *enjoy* a meal here. You may have to wait a bit to be seated, but it is worth it when you get there. Food was good... right... and right on time, despite being a weeknight during rush hour. Service work can be taxing on the spirit; but my folks here stay smiling & warm. I have eaten here many times before. Will happily be back again, and again, specifically for this fact.

Got greeted with a smile, which was awesome compared to first time we visited. Service could've been better for it was not busy, order got messed up despite clear instruction. Asked for a waffle without butter (came with butter on top), asked for fresh strawberries, she forgot twice, finally brought them. Had to ask for extra napkins at least twice. Also had to ask for extra coffee refills. Server brought fresh fruit in take home container at end of our meal saying it was part of my order but kitchen staff was still cutting and preparing it at the time of my order...we came to eat at about 11:00 a.m.... Otherwise friendly staff.
