Despite of her name (KAREN), she showed my mother and I equality by demonstrating amazing customer service. She constantly checked on us. Although iHop wasn’t busy, there was quite a few families there. I believe she was the only server today. She did fantastic! I hope she continues to be the face of great customer service at iHop.

Karen was great - fast, pleasant service. IHOP’s food is good, too. Wait time is not bad either - always seems to be shorter than what they say!

I was here a couple years ago on their grand opening weekend. I got to watch an expert crew of their best train some folks that really needed the job and appreciated the training. As a hospitality nerd I was floored by how IHOP put together a great team and supported them. May God continue to bless this place and folks who pray over their meals here.

My wife, son and I stopped in for brunch and were greeted by the hosts with smiles and friendliness and they sat us right away. From there our visit got even better. Our waitress, Karen was very courteous and kind. We shared it is our son's birthday the next day and she wished him a happy birthday and made sure his visit was special. Karen asked me privately if it would be ok if the staff came over to sing "Happy Birthday" which I appreciated she did quietly in case he couldn't handle the noise. I agreed to the singing and Karen brought the staff over to sing and brought him ice cream with his favorite topping because she listened to our son and paid attention to him. Overall the experience at the Bismarck IHOP (store 3857) was exceptional. All the staff were very courteous and friendly. The restaurant was very clean, food was great and staff were fantastic. Highly recommend stopping in if you're in the area.
