Sooo.... I left the ihop on broad street in elizabeth....WERES WALDO....HES AT IHOP.... smiles,great customer service and Speedy service got my food within 7 min of walking thru the door... This place has made a drastic change within three months time for the better.....Maria was very professional and consider it of guess... Shout out.... 2 management , y'all did y'all big one;)

Had a another great experience the other day at the IHOP by the Jersey Gardens Mall in Elizabeth. Our server Maria and the new manager Waldo were again both excellent and so kind. We were seated quickly and the food was hot, served promptly and was so yummy. We will for sure be recommending and coming back to this location because of them. Thanks 🙏🏼

Always perfect. We stop here every time we are in town. They have space to park our semi(bobtail) while we eat. Always friendly and feels like they have genuine care for ya. Not just another customer while at work. Big shout out to Stephan, very kind server. And manager man Waldo too. Keep up the kindness. See ya next time.

I had a great experience at IHOP! Everything was amazing ,the food was absolutely delicious and exceeded our expectations. Our server, María Fernanda, provided 5-star service. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. Her positive attitude truly made our visit even better. Highly recommended! We will definitely be coming back.

I ordered them with syrup along with a side of bacon, scrambled eggs, and hot coffee, and everything hit the spot for a solid, delicious breakfast. What really stood out, though, was the service. Our server, Alain, was excellent—patient, attentive, and making sure we had everything we needed. It’s clear that customer service has improved, and it made the whole visit even more enjoyable. Overall, a great experience with both the food and the staff. I’ll definitely be coming back.
