The food didn't taste like I remember, the pancakes were coming apart the milk tasted like it was going bad and the sausage had a slight refrigerator taste maybe its a different owner..

I had the pleasure of speaking with the female representative who answered the phone around 7:00 PM this evening. She was incredibly sweet and attentive while answering a few questions I had about my order. It's always refreshing to receive such friendly and helpful service. Omg food is always amazing. This I like my 6th/7th time here, first time leaving a review. My GF and I always get an omelette with a side of breakfast potatoes and steak and eggs combo but today I got their burger. FFS that was absolutely delicious. No regrets..

I was on my way to White Castle when I saw the big IHOP sign. I instantly lit up and pulled in and im so glad I did. I was seated in Jennifer's section. She got my drink really fast. I was torn between the Big Breakfast and the Smokehouse so I asked which one she would pick. She said the big breakfast. It was a HIT. She checked on me a few times to refill water and pancakes. I even got a new rack of flavored syrups. Noteworthy things...this IHOP has a really 90s feel and its quite nostalgic. They also run an amazing playlist. I'll gladly come back next time I'm in town.

The water fall in front was nice to see, the train going around was entertaining, the restaurant was clean, the staff were greeting, our server Jayleen was on point and attentive (with all her tables). I recommend this IHOP…

Beware do not go here!!!! Not only they charge you a mandatory 18% which I don't have an issue with but they had the gall to trick me when the bill came in to show me what type of tip I was going to give so I was thinking from 18 I'll make it 20% not knowing when I looked at my bill the next day I was charged 38% in total. That is such a shity and shady practice. You should be ashamed of yourselves I will never ever go there and I would never tell anybody to ever go there ever again. Why would you show me what type you tip you want to give when it's already included you knew you were doing. I'm deathly contacting the better Business bureau this is not right and this is not how you treat your customers. I will be contacting corporate as well. BEWARE! Update: the owners were very gracious and wanted to see how they can fix the issue. Still watch out for these money grubbing servers. I get cheapo customers but don't hurt the ones that do tip.
