My favorite works here!! Christina...she is amazing friendly, she knows exactly what we want, she brings all the condiments without having to ask for it. She is friendly and accommodating. The whole restaurant is clean, comfortable and ny favorite place to eat. I love the staff but Christina is by far my favorite. ❤️

G Great service, friendly very accommodating they value our business consistent food was good. The manager came out and talked to us for a while, which was very nice very friendly and nice and all the other girls and waiters and waitresses. Even the cooks are very friendly in the restaurant, they acknowledge us which I really do appreciate and the people like I said are very, very helpful and friendly and they’re always asking about how everyone is so very nice to have staff and accommodating and caring. Thank you.

Our waitress Christine is excellent fast, efficient, friendly, and just very very nice person to talk to along with the rest of the staff including Lisa one of the other servers too. She’s very very nice. The manager is very very nice. He comes out every so often we talk. This staff is very very friendly. We love the pancakes we like the atmosphere. The building is very clean and we like coming in and the people they welcome us with open arms thank you.

We love this ihop location. We’ve been coming to this one specifically for years. The one on hooper sucks. lol this one is way better all around. Everyone that works here has been here for some time and always takes great care of us! Shout out to Christina & Mia for always being the best!!! We always request them for that reason. They always remember our orders and have everything out right away. Great service, conversation, hospitality etc.

Rachel is doing a great job running this location, wish we could say the same for tge Rt37 East location which is dingy, and smells awful. Worth the extra drive to come to this location especially when we are hosting family and friends 🧡

I pass another IHOP on my way this one, largely based on my past experience with Christina. She provides exemplary service EVERY time. Always professional, cheerful and attentive. I’ve seen her deal with customers that would send the average server home in tears, yet she maintained her professional, positive demeanor and turned them completely around (sometimes a table of inconsiderate, unhappy customers can change the dining experience for others. But with Christina on the floor, I’m sure that’s rarely an issue) Please let Christina know that her outstanding service doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank You!!!

There are other iHop’s closer to where I live. But, I go out of my way to come to this specific establishment entirely because of the server named Christina. She is a bright, shiny light of positivity and makes the day/weekend start out happy and peaceful. She really knows her stuff and is quick about her service. But, the best part is that she is funny, sweet and kind to everybody that she serves. And, it’s so nice to see her interact with her customers and watch her bring that light to all of her tables. Her attitude is contagious. I leave with a smile every time and so does everyone who comes into contact with her.

i went to this ihop for the first time and enjoyed it so much, the food was amazing and came out very promptly and my server Mia was very friendly, definitely will be requesting her next time i come! All of the servers actually seemed happy to be there and were upbeat. Definitely recommend!
