Went there for the first time to try this location, and we got it very well served. Staff very friendly and not rushing on u to eat pay and go. Food very well done, not to greasy or tons of butter in the pancakes,and just perfect like we ordered. Our breakfast was delicious and good, definitely we go back again. Also place is very clean, even the bathroom. Seems that’s is a good management taking care of it. The servers are very friendly and attention to detail. They definitely deserve a good TIP.

The food and service at the Toms River West location has always been outstanding. We come to this IHOP a lot. However, there seems to be a new policy regarding the use of the app's pancoins which are earned from everything we eat here thus the 4 star rating. Before, I could add an item from the pancoin wallet to an order such as adding a short stack of pancakes from the rewards. Now that has all changed. If anybody at the table orders an item from the value menu, then nobody in the party can use reward pancoins. This seems a tad unfair because what good are rewards if they can't be used? I'm not sure if this is a new corporate policy or a local management decision but nowhere on the menu at this location does it state this. Other than that we will continue to come here, just a tad disappointed.....

Visited here with my children and mom. The food was very good and fresh. Lots of space in the afternoon so no worries about the kids annoying other diners. The server was really nice and we all enjoyed our meal

Our favorite IHOP. We're there at least two times a week. Rachel, the manager, is the best. The waitstaff is great, too. Leslie, Lisa, Christina and Kathleen, are the best. The food is always delicious, whether it's breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner served all day long. The pancakes, what can I say, the best.

🥞 IHOP – Reliable takeout, decent dine-in experience. This IHOP has become my go-to when I’m unsure what to eat. I usually stick to takeout, and they’ve always been accommodating and consistent. My orders are prepared on time, and the staff is helpful when I arrive for pickup. I’ve also dined in once, and it was a decent experience overall. The place had a steady crowd, but they found us a seat fairly quickly. Service wasn’t anything over the top, but the waiter was polite and got the job done. I previously left a very poor review of this location however since going back the past few months the atmosphere is very clean and friendly! I get take out every once and awhile for my family and the food is fresh hot and they servers taking my order in the phone are beyond friendly!
