everything tasted fresh and delicious. My waitress, Kelly Holmes, was especially kind, friendly, and quite funny, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant was also nice and quiet, so it was a very relaxing place to enjoy a meal. Overall, I had a wonderful time and really enjoyed both the food and the service. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend and would be happy to come back again!

Hello all, I am a frequent customer of this establishment and love the service from the greeters all the way to the busboy. The manager Chris, Crew Chief - Ariel, Kelly, Manuel, Mary, Tammy, Brook Kelly and Gilbert wow what a great team. I eat at this Ihop at least twice a week and I have never had a bad experience EVER and that is what keeps me and my family coming here. The crew of servers here are family friendly, fun and a joy to be around. I feel like this is my second home. Thanks for the great times Ihop on Cheyenne and Rainbow you all rock!!

I absolutely love this place! I’m a regular and come here almost every day, so this location honestly feels like a second home to me. Everyone is always incredibly kind, and even if something ever goes wrong, they always do their best to make it right. Some of my favorite people there are Kelly, Ariel, Marry, Tammy, Manuel, brooke, Vanessa, and of course, the manager, Chris, I really could just name everyone that works there. They’re all so friendly, take the time to have genuine conversations with you, and really make you feel welcomed and appreciated every time you come in.

My family and I have been coming here for many years. The service & food has gotten better. Brook is amazing. I met her last year when I came into dine the first time by myself while my husband was at work & she made me feel welcomed & not eating alone. We chatted for a bit & I enjoyed my visit. My family & I enjoy coming here for breakfast every couple of weeks & the food also got better. If I can give Brook more than 5 stars I would. And last but not least, happy birthday to Brook this weekend. I hope she has a blast!!

Tammy, Ceon, and manager Chris were fantastic! They seated me right away, took my order immediately, and served me hot food. Try checked on me several times. I will definitely return to this iHop. My only complaint is that iHop does not serve any cold cream for my coffee instead of room temperature.

After deciding we wanted breakfast for dinner we rolled in to IHOP and were met by Brooke. She was very helpful in recommending items on the menu I didnt even realize we're available. They were all delicious. Moncha nailed my extra crispy bacon and dry eggs. I tried the pancake flight entree, for some reason 6 silver dollar pancakes go down alot easier than 2 big ones. 😀.
