Hey for Mother's Day breakfast? They were staffed up and kept things moving. Everyone was polite and service was good and didn't wait long for food. Can't ask for anything more and exceeded expectations for what it is.

Excellent service even when they were pretty busy on a Saturday morning. Got in got seated and everything was great. Haven't been to IHOP in years. Glad i decided to make the trek up that way.

This was the best IHOP I have ever been to. The food was great, the service was friendly, and the whole experience stood out from other locations. Everything felt fresh, well prepared, and worth coming back for. Definitely one of the best IHOP visits I have had.

We had Nick as our server and he was absolutely amazing!! Our meal was awesome. Husband had beef tips with scrambled eggs and hash browns with bowl of strawberries and a couple pancakes. I had a spinach and mushroom omelet with avocado with a sauce over it. The side dish was new york cheesecake pancakes topped with strawberries. It was hot and scrumptious!! We need more servers like Nick! He made our meal that much more enjoyable!! I hope he gets the recognition he deserves!!!

I can tell you this IHop in Amherst is absolutely amazing! Nick our server has been apart of the IHop family for years and years now! I absolutely loved the food the atmosphere and especially the service. The food was cooked to perfection. Every bite was perfect nothing mushy or too over cooked. So hats off to the cook! The best way I could describe the service, it was like having our own personal waiter. He made everything fun and special for us. This being our very first time at IHop we will be coming back for many more family adventures. Amazing job IHOP amazing job cooking staff and hats off to you Nick! Thanks for an amazing afternoon!

the floor kinda nasty . . the pancakes had debris all over them (dirty flat top) i got a sampler plate the ham was cold . Everything tasted good, but just was kinda grossed out by the pancakes. Waitress seemed stressed out

This place is so big! We were seated right away on Sunday morning and our food was brought out fast. It was delicious and the service was perfect!

Great food and service I just wish they didnt charge 2.99 just to add a side. They dont have any meals that come with toast or any meals that come with both sausage and bacon. If your looking for a pancake meal this is the place to go but if your looking for eggs, sausage, bacon and toast meal then id recommend Dennys because it would be more affordable and just as good. The 7.99 value meal at IHop is a great way to save if it has all that you want. Be careful because the waitress will add things on to your order without asking directly if you want them,he will hear you thinking or unsure about something and say I can bring this or that out for you and adding it on without asking to be aure it's what you want. Otherwise very friendly service and great food
