I had to do an update! We were at IHOP today and spent some time observing the employee atmosphere. I must say we were really impressed. Being somewhat frequent customers we noticed the turnover there is pretty low. We've had many of the same wait staff time and time again. All of which I might add are always very pleasant and helpful. What we specifically noticed though is how the staff appears to seemlessly work together. Food comes up complete, it seems as though whoever is available takes it out and delivers it. The turn around time for your wait staff to check on you is never long. To me this is important. The delivery person doesn't know "exactly" how you ordered and you should have a moment to get into your food and make sure everything tastes to your liking and request. Overall it appears that the management is very involved and not only does a good job training but continues to up train. Having been to other ihops I know this isn't across the board. Round of applause not only to the employees but the management at this location as well!

We had a wonderful experience at IHOP! Nick was an outstanding server friendly, kind, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. He provided excellent service and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. The food was great, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for great service and a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend this IHOP. Thank you, Nick, for making our visit so enjoyable!

First time eating at an IHOP and it was truly amazing. Waiter was a friendly, nice guy. Awesome service. I got the chicken and waffles and was blown away by the taste. I couldn't believe how good it actually was. I was talking about it for days after I ate there 😂

I haven’t been to an IHOP in many years and I am glad I stopped in. Food was good, service was excellent and staff was friendly. The restaurant is also well managed and clean so it proved to be a great experience. I will return to this location in the future.

No Gluten sensitive bread options here. No sourdough. They stopped the gluten-free pancakes they used to have. There are omelettes and fruit items. Pepsi products, but no coke products here. Upside, extra napkins given. Straws with drinks. Friendly waitresses. Clean area.

I have been going to IHOP in the NYC area my entire life and never had an experience like the one I’ve had at this Buffalo location. It is the absolute best! The food was fresh and delicious! The hospitality was superb! I’d definitely be back again!

I had a fantastic experience picking up an online order here! I arrived 10 minutes early, and the staff already had everything ready to go. I ordered a French Toast Feast and a Mushroom & Spinach Omelet (with 3 pancakes) for my team at work. The serving sizes were exactly as advertised and a massive hit with my colleagues! The omelet was absolutely fantastic. ​What really stood out was the service—the host made sure everything was correct by showing me each item before I left. That’s a wonderful touch you don’t normally see nowadays! They also thanked me genuinely for my purchase, which really brightened my day. Highly recommend this location for great food and stellar service!
