If anyone wants a really great experience for one of the IHOP restaurants this one is the best as far as I can see I've been at other IHOP restaurants and they just simply go through the motions but this place that people smile they're a tentative they're taking care of you they even showed you hot water for what reason I'm not exactly sure but I use it to clean off my utensils even though they don't need to be cleaned because they are spotless the bathroom is a simple planes is wheelchair accessible and the tables have plenty of rooms

My experience at Ralph Avenue was outstanding. The staff was welcoming, professional, and truly attentive. The space was clean and organized, and everything was handled efficiently. This is literally the best IHOP I’ve ever been to!! The server is so sweet and efficient with her service. The restaurant is clean, and organized. The atmosphere is really chill and just the best place to eat with friends and family!! Five stars through and through!! I will be coming back!!

I received incredible service at this location, our waitress Amanda was so kind and our food came quickly. The restaurant seems like it was remodeled recently as the furniture looked and felt brand new. Will definitely be frequenting this location from now on.

The service here is excellent. We visited from Jamaica 🇯🇲 and we started my wife's birthday with breakfast here at Ralph Ave. Jackey, our server, was great. She made recommendations as we were visitors. She checked on us routinely and made sure we were OK. We will definitely recommend the Ralph Ave IHOP and Jackey, our server. Thanks guys.

The food is always of excellent quality. But the main reason for this rating was the character of the waitress that served me. I over paid by $15 and I left the establishment unwittingly knowing about until I checked my wallet. Realizing what had transpired, I returned to the Ihop just to have the waitress waiting for me to return what is owed to me. Congratulations is in order for her integrity.

I ordered the egg white omelet with freshly sliced avocado on top. On the side, I ordered a Tall stack of the protein pancakes. I'm guessing IHOP added them to their menu because of the current protein trend. The pancakes tastes Okay, the Harvest Nut Grain pancakes tasted much better. Hopefully IHOP will add the HNG pancakes back on their menu. The service was excellent. The wait staff was friendly & helpful and offered tasty suggestions. I wonder what will be offered on IHOP's upcoming holiday menu.
