I had Brittnie as my server this Saturday, and she was so polite to my kids. She was quick with our food, even though it was packed and the wait was long. My daughter really wanted IHOP, and honestly, I didn’t want to wait—but Brittnie’s service, plus the food, will definitely have me and my family coming back. And get the chicken sandwich—it was amazing!

I was at the middletown location on Monday April 6. And the staff was amazing. Ada was my server and was very attentive and on point with my order. Food was hot and fast. Manager seemed to be doing alot as well as the servers. Best team work I've ever seen. Bravo

We stopped in around 11:30 PM and to our surprise, it was nearly empty. Within a few minutes, 4 large groups, one of at least 10 people arrived. With only one waitress on staff, we were worried that we wouldn't get the attention that we needed, understandably. However, the only waitress on staff, Maribel, rocked it. Every single table got the attention they deserved, and no one waited any additional time for anything AND our entire order was correct. I'm hoping her GM and corporate sees this because she's absolutely amazing and deserves to be recognized.
