I came in yesterday and had a great experience at this location!! Our gorgeous waitress Eva was very attentive to our table and made sure everything came out okay! I requested my eggs over easy and they came out scrambled and right as Eva put them on the table she noticed and fixed them. Definitely would come back! :)

We love to go to this IHOP in New Hartford. The food is always delicious and service is friendly. This morning Chante waited on us and she was wonderful - so friendly and attentive!! We will definitely be back!

My husband and I took our granddaughter here on April 21,2026.The waitress was very nice and kept checking on us to make sure everything was good and the food was amazing and hot.And I want to shout out to the chef that was working,very nice and hardworking man,was very nice and I will definitely recommend to friends to go here and will definitely be back,thank you to the whole staff at the French Road IHop location

Chantel was our server at the Utica location. Today was my first ever experience at ihop. Chantel was the only server and hostess in the entire restaurant from when we got there at 930-1030. She was busting her ass seating people and waiting tables all morning. She deserves a raise or bonus or something because that is not fair to her to have to seat and wait tables in a large restaurant by herself. Where are the other staff ? Where is the manager? Where is the hostess? She shouldn’t have to run around like a chicken with her head cut off all morning long. I don’t normally leave reviews but she deserves some sort of recognition for her work this morning running a restaurant alone.
