I had a great experience but food went up like crazy. They have new menu items like the funnel cake and the fried oreos and they were bomb. Now the sauce that comes with it I didn't like.

Super buena la atencion, y la comida muy buena. Today we were assisted by Santiago, a Latino brother. He was very helpful because my parents don’t speak English. One of the best dining experiences I’ve had recently was at an IHOP location, and it honestly stood out in a way I didn’t expect. From the moment we walked in, everything felt welcoming and relaxed, which set the tone for the entire visit. The food was exactly what you’d hope for fresh, hot, and satisfying but what truly made the experience exceptional was the service. Our server, Katherine, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was incredibly attentive without being overbearing, always checking in at just the right moments and making sure we had everything we needed. Katherine’s positive attitude and genuine friendliness really made a difference. She didn’t just take our order she created a warm, enjoyable atmosphere that made us feel valued as customers. Our server Katherine was honestly one of the best parts of the day. Super friendly, patient, and on point with everything. She handled our table effortlessly, made sure we had everything we needed without us even asking. It didn’t feel forced, she was just naturally great at what she does. Service like that really makes a difference. Definitely appreciated and will be back!, really hope for next time Katherine it’s able to serve us.

I always have a great server name Jannari, she always gets my omelette correctly and she’s very sweet. It isnt that hard to be a big smart on my face. She’s really good at her job. 10/10

The food is delicious! the staff is very welcoming and kind. However, due to short staffing I waited over 40 minutes for my food. Brooke and Alejandro went above and beyond to handle a busy house with only two servants. Brooke was doing the job of 3 people, by herself! Management please do better! your staff is amazing and they bring your customers in! Hire more people! Ps : I visited on a Monday at 5pm ( Rush hour)

I ordered the Colorado minus the ham added spinach and tomato's it was so good! Came on Valentine's Day it was super busy but we still got seated quickly also love the exclusive bx menu 🫰
