This is one of my favorite restaurants. I have been coming here for years. I live 5 minutes from an Ihop but I drive through 3 towns to get to this location. The food is hot and fresh.The staff is GREAT. Very friendly and attentive. The manager Michele is fantastic. She is a busy bee. I have gotten to know her and she is cool. She takes the time to interact with me and the other customers and makes sure everyone is happy with their service and their order. Customer service is everything. She is always running around multitasking and keeps a smile on her face. Thats impressive. Everything falls on the leadership and I have to say the staff follow her lead. Not everyone can deal with the public so customer service is a gift. Michele and her staff have that gift. The staff may change but as long as the friendliness and customer service remains the same I will keep patronizing this Ihop location.

We were just there and I was very pleased but also my heart sunk for the employee. Jezel. He was a one man operation. He was cook server greeter cashier Plus door dash orders he did EVRYTHING except busing. He deserves 2 days off and extra money. Doing the job of 3 or 4 people

I went to IHOP this week with my family and had such a great experience, especially because of our server, Jill! She was so patient, kind, and accommodating. I was being completely indecisive about what I wanted, and Jill was so helpful in talking me through the options and helping me figure out what to order without ever making me feel rushed. Everything came out great, Thank you, Jill, for taking such great care of us!

Went to this IHOP with my family on a Monday morning and our server was Jill and she truly was wonderful! So polite and happy and helpful! We noticed other tables calling her over and talking to her and everyone enjoying themselves and our waitress going out of her way to make sure everyone was happy. She is a delight!

Me and my friend came here on a whim and were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome pat gave us, we had a great conversation and the food was wonderful. I remember coming to this place as a kid, I’m glad it’s open 24 hours now I will definitely be returning in the near future.

I absolutely love my late-night IHOP study sessions, and they’ve become even better thanks to Heather! She’s not only gorgeous, but one of the sweetest, most welcoming servers I’ve ever met. Her personality is what truly stands out. She’s friendly, attentive, and somehow always seems to know exactly when my coffee needs a refill (which is a lifesaver during those long nights of studying for exams!). My cup never stays empty for long. Every time she’s working, everything is spotless, the service is exceptional, and you can tell she genuinely cares about both her guests and the restaurant. She goes above and beyond in every way, and it definitely doesn’t go unnoticed. Heather is a huge reason I look forward to coming back. I can’t wait to become one of her regulars! If you stop by, I hope you’re lucky enough to have her as your server too!

It’s always good when my friends and I go there heather is the best waitress very quick always friendly greets us with a smile. She is the reason we visit so often and hope she continues to be our waitress when we go

Let me just say I had no idea. IHOP had open 24 hours. It is the only thing on Long Island pretty much open 24 hours anymore and the waitress at this particular IHOP is amazing. She’s kind she’s very attentive to detail. My food was hot when it was served it came out rather quickly, and she was a pleasure to talk to. I do not think that I could’ve done better for 2 o’clock in the morning breakfast I believe the waitresses name was Heather, but I definitely give this a five star review and I will be back again multiple times. So anyone looking for a late night spot to eat? I definitely recommend I have in Ronkonkoma and they do not just serve breakfast. They have breakfast lunch and dinner and they have shakes which is my favorite part. I drink the cupcake shake.
