I visited this IHOP last week and had a generally pleasant experience. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was reliable. I especially enjoyed the pancakes—they were fresh, fluffy, and full of flavor. The place was clean and had a relaxed, casual vibe. We come pretty often but today it seemed as though there were some behind the scenes kitchen issues. Our food took about 40 minutes and the presentation was not their usual, it was a bit sloppy. Our server Savanna was EXCEPTIONAL as always! Savanna is always attentive, engaging, efficient and we realistically ONLY come here for Savanna. Thank you Savanna, see you again soon. 🩷 J&J

Love coming to IHOP and eating breakfast. The restaurant is terrific, clean, and waiter David is exceptional, friendly, wonderful, always checking to see if everything was great including food and beverages. David in Ronkonkoma is the best goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. I’m so greatful to have an exceptional experience at IHOP. Jill the manager is extremely helpful and friendly every time I come to IHOP.

This was my second time Eating at this location and and asked to sit with the same Server Jill. First time was great and just when you thought it couldn’t get better it does and did!
