I was craving scrambled eggs and pancakes, so I came in on a weekday. I went to the hostess desk to wait and no one came for a bit, as it seems the hostess was also a server. She did acknowledge me and say I'll be right with you. It was another 5 minutes, so I think they may have been short staffed. The server was very nice and prompt, but it was awhile before I got my bill. I think he was covering a lot of tables.

We love the Ronkonkoma IHOP. The staff is professional, pleasant, courteous, efficient. The best server we have is Roxer. We ask for him every time we come. He listens to how we want the food and makes sure it comes that way. He dies an excellent job.

The restaurant was clean and the service was awesome from Ana. The food was decent. Prices were fair for breakfast platters. We spent about 20 per person on our visit with drinks. Overall would recommend the visit if in the area.

Went in today with one of my girlfriends and we had such a great experience I had to write about it. From the second we walked in we were greeted by a gentleman who was very kind. Our waitress Amanda was top notch as well!! All our requests were right and she anticipated all our needs. She also brought us out more waters without having to ask which doesn’t happen often when dining out. The food came out in less than 10 minutes and we didn’t feel rushed at all. They have new iced coffees that are amazing as well. We will be back soon thank you ihop in Ronkonkoma!

I visited this IHOP last week and had a generally pleasant experience. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was reliable.
