Sat down at the Memorial location for roughly 25 minutes and didn’t even get a water. Additionally, we were barely greeted, and the staff were very unfriendly. After asking another customer who said she hadn’t been helped in almost 45 minutes, we left and came to the Edmond location. We were seated and had drinks in one minute after walking in. Additionally, our server Johnny B demonstrated excellent customer service and was much more friendly than anyone at the Memorial location. He took our orders very quickly and instantly made our day better. Thanks Johnny!

I always enjoy visiting IHOP, and a big part of that is thanks to Ray. He consistently provides fantastic customer service. He is so friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He makes us feel right at home every single time we come in, which keeps us coming back. The food is always great, but I do have one small suggestion: the coffee. It seemed to change a few months ago, and I personally preferred the previous version. It would be wonderful if IHOP could either bring that back or offer an additional milder option for those of us who enjoy a smoother cup. Overall, a great experience every time, especially thanks to Ray!
