We had breakfast at IHOP in Warwick near T.F. Green Airport today, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Our server, Antonio, was absolutely phenomenal. He was attentive, friendly, and always seemed to appear at just the right time to check on us. Anytime we needed something, he was quick to respond and made sure our family had everything we needed throughout our meal. I also have to give a special shoutout to Jackie, who prepared my spinach and mushroom omelet. I've ordered this same omelet at this location before, but this one was exceptional. Everything was cooked perfectly, beautifully presented, and put together with such care. It was easily one of the best omelets I've had there. My husband loved his breakfast, and my son enjoyed his meal as well. It's always nice when the entire family leaves happy and satisfied. Thank you, Antonio and Jackie, for providing such a wonderful dining experience. We truly appreciate the great service and delicious food, and we'll definitely be back! 😊🍳🥞☕️

The other day I came by for breakfast with family and had the most amazing server ever, Erica. Erica was not only attentive. She was kind, funny, and ensured top notch service. Not only did this woman go above and beyond when it came to our breakfast. You could also tell just by speaking to her how much she loves her customers. I don't know how else to thank her for an amazing stay at IHOP. But, for those reading this on your next visit to IHOP ask for Erica, I promise she won't disappoint!

This IHOP is one of the better ones, with friendly staff and fairly prompt service. It does get a bit slower during peak hours due to being in such a high traffic location, but I don't think I've ever waited longer than 15 minutes to be seated, and service runs like a well oiled machine once you're in your booth. Azi, our waitstaff, was friendly and attentive without being obtrusive. If you're looking for good food at a good price with very good service, this IHOP definitely delivers.

Great overall experience. The food was very good and served promptly. The waitress who's name was Azi was extremely kind and attentive. Bathrooms were very clean!!
