Every time I’ve come in, I’ve been greeted and seen immediately. You can tell they’re trying the best they can everyday and they’re doing a great job. Everyone’s experience and ways of seeing things in life is different but my experiences here have always been positive and pleasant. I’ll continue being a regular. If not for the food, for the people/service. I had Shania today and it was a delight. She was Efficient, intentional, and a joy to be around. 10/10 for me.

Had such a heartwarming experience at IHOP (11 Towne Dr, Bluffton, SC) this morning with my family ❤️ We were helped by Manager Bashir and our server Shanaya, and I genuinely can’t say enough good things about them. My daughter is a picky eater and only eats boiled eggs—which, as it turns out, isn’t even on their menu. Still, after I explained the situation, they went out of their way to accommodate us and made it happen without hesitation. They absolutely didn’t have to do that, but they chose kindness and care anyway—and that made all the difference for our family. Service like this is rare. Bashir and Shanaya turned a simple breakfast into a memorable experience, and it truly felt like they treated us as more than just customers. If you’re anywhere near Bluffton, I highly recommend stopping by this IHOP. Amazing service, thoughtful people, and a place that genuinely cares about its guests. Thank you again, Bashir and Shanaya—you made our day!

Our experience was AWESOME! Amy was fantastic!! She came through with making a special request drink and it was great! I love to drink coffee milkshakes. They are not a regular on most menus. The closest thing I get is from Hilton head diner and those are amazing as well. Anyway, I asked Amy if she could throw some coffee into a cookies and cream milkshake and it sparked a nice conversation that allowed us to see Amy as the human. She had that drink whipped up to perfection. I ended up sharing it with my husband. She constantly asked if we were good even though she was BUSY! The food was good. No complaints at all. I wish every restaurant had an Amy and that special milkshake! I have ate at more expensive restaurants for breakfast and didn’t have an experience like we had today. Thank you Amy!! We will be back for that special coffee cookies and cream shake!! Sorry about the photos being taken after we already started eating!!! I was hungry!

Me and my daughter had a mommy and daughter Lunch. And she wanted IHOP it was a great decision our waitress was nice. The atmosphere was clean and the food was hot and good and it came out very quick.go back 💕 I wish I would have got our waitress name so I could give her a shout out. She was awesome 💕
