Came for Some crepes! The fresh Berry are so so Good! Christy was an amazing server Saturday night! She Constantly checked on our table and made us feel as though it was only us she was catering to, even though it was packed! Great Food, Smiling faces and very clean!

I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at IHOP, and I have to give a HUGE shoutout to my server, Monica Davenport! She was truly impeccable from start to finish. Monica was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. She anticipated my needs before i even had to ask, kept my drink refilled, made sure my food came out perfectly, and checked in at just the right times. Her positive attitude and genuine kindness made the entire meal even more enjoyable. The food was delicious — fresh, hot, and exactly what I ordered — but Monica’s outstanding service is what really made this visit unforgettable. She represents hospitality at its finest!

Came this morning they were busy but was seated immediately. Our server Sabrina was amazing and very attentive to her tables. Our food came out rather quickly. Pancakes were delicious and my bacon was just the way I like it. We have been coming to this location for awhile all the servers are friendly and place is very clean.

We came in this morning. We had a lot of people maybe 30-40. Sabrina and Destiny were great servers they got out order in and within 15 mins we had our food. Everything was perfect really friendly staff. We didn’t know yall didn’t take checks but the manager made it happen and we appreciated that. We will definitely be back to visit you all soon. Us old folk love pancakes from IHOP and you can beat $7 especially with the amount of food you get. Again we just wanted to make sure they will take care of large parties the manager did what she could to make sure we were able to pay with a check. OUTSTANDING STAFF!!!

My hubby and I travel for work. So we eat out a lot, and IHOP is a favorite. There's such a variety of things to choose from!!! So, Saturday (3-14) we came in around 7pm. There was maybe 3 customers (tables) there, so a chill environment(which I LIKE). A young lady named Kayla greeted us and sat us swiftly. And let me tell you she was the sweetest server ever!!!! She stated she had only been there a couple of week's. She had the best attitude for being a young adult server. Like she's done it, or rather been doing it for year's! TWO THUMBS UP 👍 My husband had a $7 meal deal...ham and cheese omelet... it was so good!! My scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly as well. So props to the cook as well! Great job store #4441 in Jackson TN!!!

I come in this place every Saturday morning and I just wanna say I love it! It’s a family like atmosphere and I have never seen a manager work along side with their staff like she does. You see a lot of managers just stand around in alot of places but not this location she jumps in where ever needed. This is my Saturday morning spot I love the $7 deal and y'all have the best coffee in town. All the servers are great this morning I had Heather and she was a sweet heart.

Nice place to eat breakfast/brunch on a weekday. Waitress was friendly and food was good. I deducted one star because I was disappointed to see how unclean the bathroom. If a restaurant is understaffed the manager should themselves step in to clean the restrooms and dining area. In my generation no job was beneath you and everyone took pride in their workplace. I do recommend the restaurant and hope they had an off day when we came by.

We stopped coming here maybe 2 years ago but heard it had new management so we decided to see if anything changed. I am very impressed with the changes that have been made. The restaurant was clean and the staff are all welcoming. Our Server Dominique was the sweetest and the food was delicious. We will be coming back. Awesome Job Guys!!!!!

First I’d like to start off by saying our server Vanessa was AWESOME, she was very sweet, everything we ordered was correct, she kept our drinks filled & kept check on us. To the cook our food was very good everything was good and fresh. IHOP is a wonderful place to take your family our kids LOVE it…. They were so busy but they got us seated within 5 mins or so our server Destiny was the sweetest server we have had in a while. You can tell she loves doing it and she is very attentive to her guest. Honestly all the servers seemed to be smiling and helping each other out. The food came out faster than we expected and everything was hot and delicious. Great Job Ihop you all did great job! Ask for Destiny if you want a great server she really cares about her job and the people who sit with her she goes above and beyond.

We haven’t been to this place in a long while but we did today and everything was great. Not sure what kind of changes have been made but keep it up. They were busy but we got sat right away all the employees were smiling and helping each other. We had three different people stop by our table. The food came out quick and fresh! I see they have added a lot more options to the menu because I’m myself am not a breakfast person. I got a cowboy burger and it was delicious. Whatever you all are doing keep it up. We will be returning again soon. Everything was Great!!!! 😊

May need more servers on a Friday evening. Plenty of tables were available, but several people waiting to be seated when I left.
