The general manager was very nice she stop by to check on us to make sure we was taken care of our server was very friendly the cook got my food correct I'm a very picky eater and she cooked my food on point we was very satisfied I will be returning to the Kingsport IHOP

Ive been to alot of ihop’s in my life. But this one is the best, most well ran ihop I’ve ever been to! Misty was our server! She was so kind and lovely! The service was outstanding across the board. The second my plate was empty, a man walking by grabbed it to take it out of my way. My second plate once it was empty, the same thing happened! Incredible! Our food was made to order quickly! The food was great! Whoever is running the show for this Ihop is doing a great job! It seemed the entire staff was on the same page. Everyone knew their job and they worked like a well-oiled machine! If only every restaurant could be run like this place!

We went on National Pancake Day and everyone received a free short stack. They didn't have very many employees, but our server did a fantastic job and our food was delicious!

Food is good, but nothing is labeled. Gloves should be out, not asked for. There always should be veg pizzas out, you should not have to wait for them.

Ask for David he is hands down one of the best servers of any restaurant I have been to. Super friendly and everything is always right. One of our favorite breakfast spots!

The food here was very good and cooked to order. Melissa or waitress did a very good job. Not sure why people give this place with 3.8 unless they expect to have Prime Steak and caviar. It's an ihop. You get choice of pancakes waffles different combinations whatever you want. Try the chicken fried steak it's really good

The service was excellent. The food was delightful, the cooks were fast and efficient. My server, Misty, was very kind, respectful and quick to help with any needs. The world needs more like her. As a former IHOP employee and crew chief myself, I can say with confidence that Misty not only meets the standard; she exceeds it.

Ordered breakfast today - Omlette and toast. It was delicious ans the service was absolutely wonderful. She was attentive and had a great personality. We arrived there at 6:50am 12/5/25. There was a group of 4 of us there this morning.

My wife and I truly enjoy all our experiences at Kingsport Ihop. The wait staff and manager are attentive and friendly. Food is consistent and done to our expectation. As far as the unsightly machine In previous posts ; It was necessary to cool the dining area during repairs to the rooftop unit. Ask for Melissa or Teana to serve you. .

We come here frequently. All of the servers are very efficient. And friendly. We once were witness to a customer who was trying to scam the restaurant. She called the server some very offensive things. The server and the staff handled the situation very professionally. They did not make a scene or interrupt the other diners. Tiana was respectful to the person. We will always come back. We always request Melissa's section. Love it here.
