We actually went for Applebee's but it is also an Ihop which the vibe inside is more of a Ihop them Applebee's. There are T.V.s around the top of the restaurant which depending on how you are seating you can't see. The inside is very small and just felt more out of place then a regular restaurant. The food was good, took awhile and our when we got just a burger and fries, the fries were cold already. The service and waitress was sweet, nice and did an amazing job, she was perfect. The price is reasonable and on par with the plate. I would recommend this place if you want a drive by grab but not really the sit down long term restaurant feel.

The waitresses at this location are always extremely extremely friendly. I've been coming here for about a year and they're always nice. The food is good. I think IHOP has gotten a bad rap. It really is a quality place if you need something that's not over 20 bucks.

The food is alright, the portions are disappointing for a breakfast place, and the Applebees/sports bar portion (aka ~20 TVs) harshes the vibe. That being said, Ryan was an awesome server - friendly, attentive, and had a smile every time he came to our table. He also was quick and happy to fix up one order that came out a bit off. He made this a 5-star review, for sure. I'd recommend requesting his section.

It's a small neighborhood IHOP/Applebee's restaurant. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. It's cute and easily accessible.

Food was basic, as in frozen not fresh microwaved food. It was slow service even though it wasnt remotely busy. There may have been 7 other guests spread across multiple servers. It still took almost 40 mins to receive your order.

We would like to acknowledge Teajay for her warm and pleasant greeting when we arrived. We would also like to thank our bartender and waiter “Ty” as he was very attentive and polite with us. Ty worked the bar area so well and still managed to take good care of us. We were very pleased with his service. The food was also made just the way we ordered it. Thank you 💜

I came here early on Friday to grab a bite before a big test down the road. They were very accommodating in taking my order over the phone and had everything ready to go. Great service, attention to details, and a personal touch from the staff. I will be coming back!

The staff all introduced themselves by name, the food tasted great, my waitress Kimberly knew the menu well and answered some questions I had. This location is an Applebees/IHOP combination restaurant so the menu is slightly reduced; no NY style Cheesecake Pancakes. Overall this is a great IHOP location.
