The restaurant was really clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The place was empty as we went there in the evening. The location is right next to the highway with a creepy-looking parking lot in front of the building. But of course that is predictable. The pancakes were delicious. I am sure almost everybody would find their kind of meal here, since they were offering chicken tenders, burgers, burritos, etc. Overall, we had a great experience and we will come back soon!

I had a great experience here and wanted to share it. The restaurant has such a welcoming atmosphere—clean, comfortable, and just an overall really nice place to relax and enjoy a good meal. The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. I also want to give a shoutout to Richard. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right during the visit. Great service like that really makes a place stand out. If you’re looking for a restaurant with great food, a nice environment, and people who truly care about their customers, this is definitely a spot worth checking out. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I recently ate at the IHOP at LaGrande Plaza and I just wanted to let everyone know that the service was great, food was good, and my waitress Yvette was great, the manager Richard was so nice, he came out to check on us several times.

I highly recommend visiting this location! The staff was incredibly nice and friendly during National Pancake Day, and the service was excellent. The food was delicious—almost as if I had cooked it myself. I’ll definitely be coming back!

My experience at IHOP was made exceptional thanks to our waitress, Andrea. From the moment we were seated, she greeted us with a bright smile and genuine warmth that immediately set a positive tone for the meal. She was attentive without ever being intrusive — the kind of server who always seemed to appear right when you needed something, whether it was a coffee refill or a side of syrup. What stood out most was Andrea’s professionalism and kindness. She handled a busy dining room effortlessly, making sure everyone around us felt just as cared for as we did. Our food came out perfectly, and when my order needed a small adjustment, she fixed it cheerfully and quickly — no fuss at all. It’s rare to come across someone who can make you feel at home in the middle of a breakfast rush, but Andrea absolutely does. She’s a true asset to IHOP, and I’ll definitely be asking for her next time I visit!
